No email confirmation
No confirmation email of purchase or to say that it was in store. Rang store to check before going to collect. Customer service of sales assistant poor, she was requesting the order number on the confirmation email which I did not have due to no email. Had to log into fatface account to prove purchase. Sales assistant appologised if she offended me which was condescending as she was just unhelpful. Other stored happy to take address as confirmation or I said I had my card I purchased with. Poor experience.

Enjoyable shopping

Great experience
Great experience, local shop staff are lovely and helpful and item arrived quickly in store when I ordered online. Sadly it didn't fit and I couldn't get a refund in store due to paying via PayPal however the shop staff packaged up the item for me ready to drop at the post office.

Simply Fat Face is fab
Fat face staff are always friendly & very helpful. Your clothes and accessories are lovely and l like that you stick with the same designs each season but in different fabrics (like the simone dresses, l know what fits me and await the next seasons colours & fabrics).
