I love Fat Face clothes
I love Fat Face clothes - they are just ‘me’ and are my go to brand. Sadly, staff in store at our local branch need to practice saying “please” and “thank you” but I am trying not to let that put me off what is generally a nice shopping experience. I love the fabrics and most of the styles and over the years have learnt what does and doesn’t suit me. I actually have quite a few Fat Face pieces that would probably fall into the ‘vintage’ category! Ordering online is good, delivery fast and being able to take returns back to the store rather than through the post/courier is really helpful.

The assistant in store all very helpful, I ordered on line and was told to wait for an email to say the item was ready for collection, I didn’t receive an email.

All round positive experience
I ordered trousers online and they were delivered to my local store (Tenterden) in good time. I love the clothes so that's an easy one. The ordering process was easy. The store at Tenterden is always a great experience too. Staff are great and all round a positive experience.

Store pick up, very disappointing
I thought it would be easier for me to have my ordered and purchased items to be collected at my local store. How wrong was I. The order confirmation advised me that I would be sent an email when my items arrived at the store. Sadly no email and several calls, I was told that my items arrived at the store four days ago. Very, very disappointing indeed.
