Lovely shirt, same size as my other Fat Face shirts but this one was undersized,so had to return. Asked to try for next size up but unfortunately all out of stock.

Discounts only online…
The ability to try on my coat at the local retail store, then buy online to take advantage of a 10% discount was very good. That the store could not or would not match the online discount, not so much. I would have preferred to buy in store to support my local shops. Having said that, the coat was well made, great quality and comfortable and arrived quickly.

The staff were fine just that when I got my refund it tickled me that I didn’t get my postage refunded so I won’t be shopping or ordering online again.
