What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an AI assistant present in every meeting saves me the time and effort of transcribing discussions myself.

Also, the Action Items part is very useful

the detailed and fully correct summary, even when several languages spoken, everything is perfectly clear, and action points are fantastic.

Easy sign up, login, registration process. Over time besides English I can see the AI notetaker is improved for detecting Bulgarian language which is useful for me. It's automatically appointed to my Google Meets, Microsoft Meeting calls. I use this on daily basis and it takes the load off from me as a PM to write briefs and meeting memos.
I have several work emails and often Fathom confuses with which email Fathom logs with and sends the brief memo even though I specifically check prior to my meeting with which email I've logged in with Fathom.

I had high hopes for Fathom AI as a business tool, especially for its API connection capabilities. The concept is great, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. I encountered a lot of issues with the API integration, and after a couple of days of back-and-forth emails with customer support, there was no resolution. In the end, I just felt so frustrated that I decided to disconnect and delete my account. It was quite a disappointing experience overall.

I don't have to frantically scribble notes during meetings anymore. I'm sent an accurate, straightforward to-do list in my recap email after every meeting!

I find fathom great in my meetings. It has a reminder feature and it is user friendly. Also, it gives me a summary report of my meetings

I absolutely love Fathom. I use it all the time for client meetings. It is so intuitive. The summaries are complete without including some of the conversational back and forth. Next steps and key takeaways are always top notch. I love the video feature too.

Have various troubles making an account. It says the calender is being used by another user when i don’t even have an account yet. Very disappointing

I love the way Fathom organizes the notes after the meeting. Tasks and summaries are simple and accurate. This makes it very easy to review or bring someone up to date. I also like that I have the option to distribute the notes to the meeting attendees with one click or I can chose not to.

Free, easy! gets highlights and transcripts. i can use it for any meeting and it's so easy to use. there is nothing i dislike.
Fathom is getting transcripts of conversations and high level overviews to capture todos deliverables, and i'm able to get the transcripts into ai gpt's to create workflows

It's super easy to use and implement, the playback videos are super helpful along with the transcripts & getting summaries of meetings. Hugely beneficial in staying up to date with relevant information, especially with action items from meetings. I use Fathom for nearly every meeting as it can integrate between my microsoft and google meet meetings.

I really appreciate the note taking abilities. It makes reviewing the meetings and creating team tasks easy and efficient. It is an easy software to use and has a quick learning curve.

Fathom AI is a great tool for meeting recordings and transcript, but the best use case for me is the ability to record training videos

Fathom is the best! The best note taker, goes you a nice summary via email after the meeting and also to the attendee, however I can never see what email got sent to the attendee, it’ll be nice to read it so I know what got sent and what not got sent to my clients

Easy set up but the thing i like most is the organisation of the notes afterwards. It highlights things like key takeways, who is responsible for next steps, what actions are required and a general overview of the meeting.

The Fathom service has become an integral part of our daily usage, as it enables everyone to get the most out of our meetings.
Anyone not attending can get a neat (and honestly incredible) recap of what was discussed and what needs to be done; whereas anyone attending can get the same exhaustive recap afterwards.

I love how constructive and helpful Fathom is!
