Love using Fathom! I can't believe how accurate the notes are. Game changer for our team!

Easy set up but the thing i like most is the organisation of the notes afterwards. It highlights things like key takeways, who is responsible for next steps, what actions are required and a general overview of the meeting.

The Fathom service has become an integral part of our daily usage, as it enables everyone to get the most out of our meetings.
Anyone not attending can get a neat (and honestly incredible) recap of what was discussed and what needs to be done; whereas anyone attending can get the same exhaustive recap afterwards.

Fathom does a better job in its free tier than other paid apps. The transcription is surprisingly accurate, as is the speaker identification. I particularly appreciate the live stats during a call, where it shows my percentage of speaking time and whether I am holding a monologue. So far everything has been great. The only issue I've encountered was when I was waiting for a participant who didn't show up - I left the Zoom room to call them, and when I reopened the Zoom room, I couldn't get Fathom to join again. Overall, Fathom is solving the problem of easy review of my calls, especially sales calls, and this has been very beneficial.

efficient, effective, costly

I love Fathom! For starters, it's so simple to set up and it's so simple to use, even if you're a non-techy person. I've tried other AI notetakers, and they were complex, fiddly and annoying to use! And I'm pretty good with tech! Fathom is so much easier and saves me a ton of time.

I love how quickly I get access to the call recording and notes. Literally within a second of the call finishing! This has been a game-changer for me time-wise, as in the past, I had to wait for the Zoom call to download, and then I had to upload it to my own system, which sometimes takes hours, depending on my internet speed.

The call notes and transcript are fantastic! I've lost count of the number of times I've said something on a call that would be a brilliant piece of content or had great ideas. Things that were brilliant in the moment. But then, either forgot them right after the call or the moment was lost.

But with Fathom, having the call notes means I can be fully present on the calls and not have to worry about taking a bunch of notes. Plus, I can use the call notes and summary to repurpose and turn things I mentioned on the call into content pieces (of course, I never use any personal or private information from calls!).

I highly recommend Fathom.

When my meetings start, I just have to launch from the fathom button and all my notes and todo's get emailed to me. I get to sit back and engage in the meeting rather than worrying about taking notes.

Many tools are not build from a user point of view and that's the major rason they end up failing. Fathom helps to solve real issues when we work remotely and have the need to ensure we track each aspect of our day to day. Not only do the type of tasks many humans dont want to do but also brings intelligence to the way it strcutures the content. I honestly believe this is one of the best tools i saw until now in the AI space and that everyone should try it out since it will nd up using it always!
