Fathom has been a game-changer in how I manage and review my meetings. The transcription is accurate, the highlights feature makes it simple to revisit key moments, and the integration with tools like Zoom and Notion saves me a lot of time. It’s intuitive, reliable, and continuously improving. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to increase efficiency and capture more value from their meetings.

Fathom is a very accurate notetaker for online meetings, skillfully capturing minutes, action items, responsible parties, and weeding out the social banter. It also offers cues to keep presenters on track. It's saved me a ton of time and I use it all day long now!

Thanks to Fathom, I no longer have to spend extra hours trying to remember and write down what was discussed in meetings. In my role, I need to provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders, including sharing milestones and other project details. The integration with Zoom and Teams meetings means I don't have to open separate documents anymore. I now use Fathom for almost every other meeting because it has made my work so much easier and saved me countless hours that I used to spend taking manual notes. The best part is the next meeting information on the system tray, keeps you updated.

It has almost all features and functions I need for an effective work day full of meetings. And more than that.

I love how seamlessly Fathom records and summarizes my meetings, allowing me to stay fully present in the conversation without worrying about taking notes.

Fathom is a really easy meeting plugin that allows me to take notes while actively participate in the session. The AI captures accurate notes, action items, and best of all, links the topics to the actual meeting video snip, allowing you to rewatch that conversation.

It's great with the search through the conversation (Ask Fathom feature), an app for Mac that reminds of today's meeting schedule

I wish there was an option to copy a link to a specific timestamp of the conversation though.

Fathom is the only AI enabled note taking tool that actually can understand Greek properly as well. As our business is located in Cyprus, we have meetings both in English and Greek and we couldn't find a tool to help us with note taking, until we found Fathom!
I also adore the fact that I can connect it to Hubspot and automatically all the relevant potential customer deals, contacts and relevant tasks are added with no extra hassle.
Fathom is also extremely easy to use and implement based on our company's specific privacy and security rules. Finally I found it very easy to connect to all my meeting tools, but especially the integration with Google meet is awesome and very helpful.
Fathom's support team was readily available when needed and they helped me get started very quickly.
I use Fathom in all my external meetings now (multiple meetings a day) and I found it to be an excellent helper!

Fathom is incredibly easy to use -- install and connect your calendar and zoom account in minutes (one time), and the product shows up one minute early. to every meeting (even offers to open my meetings for me). It takes transcripts, records videos, notes action items, and stores them in a central place. I'm no longer searching through files, wondering where I stored things, or clicking through a video to try and remember where in a two hour meeting we talked about a specific topic. Search for it in the transcript, click on the words, and jump to that point in the video. So easy to catch your team up, recall overviews, or review quick conversations.

I’ve found it to be one of the most valuable tools for managing meetings and capturing insights. Before using Fathom, a lot of my time went into taking notes manually, following up on action items, and making sure key discussions weren’t lost.

What do you like best about Fathom?
I run a small company and find it hard to keep up with demand at times. Previously I would be typing as people are talking. Whilst this is a great skill, it doesn't provide the best quality of service as I am not fully concentrating on being able to reply.

Fathom has enabled me to be fully focused. I really value the tasks being auto generated on to HubSpot and having the summary sent to all attendees promptly.

I was unable to join the initial call with Fathom due to a very unwell relative but the customer support was fantastic as they supported me via email at my convienience.

We have now joined the "Team" option on Fathom.

What do you dislike about Fathom?
We haven't found anything.

A minor would be, very occasionally it gets the conversation slightly wrong as to who is speaking, however, it is 100% better than other AI tools I have previously used.

What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting time back! As a founder of a small company, being able to save on time, when already spinning multiple plates, is incredibly valuable.

I love the calendar reminders, the fact my recordings aren't deleted after a specific time period, and I really enjoy how straightforward the UI is for meeting summaries.

I’ve tested over five different notetakers, and in my opinion, Fathom is the clear winner. It’s highly accurate, easy to use, and provides excellent insights that go beyond just transcription. By far the most reliable solution I’ve come across. It was easy to install and it didn't take me long to learn how to use. I use it for every meeting and the insights are sent to my email a minute after the meeting has finished.

What I really like about Fathom is how it gives you both a clear breakdown of the transcript and a concise meeting summary. It’s so easy to use and has quickly become essential for my business when it comes to capturing accurate information from clients and candidates. I honestly can’t imagine working without it now and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Time saver and excellent tool. Records and summarises key points and actions. Easy to use, I now use it for all internal meetings. Customer service is quick to respond. It negates the requirement to take detailed meeting minutes, as these are done automatically, and more detailed and better organised than manual note taking. It allows me to focus on chairing meetings, and dealing with the issues at hand, and not become distracted by also trying to make notes.

Fathom has really helped me up my project management game. The notes that are generated from recordings not only help me make sure nothing was missed, but provide helpful guidance as to what was talked about and when. The action items are gold and help all of us be accountable.

Fathom AI has quickly become an invaluable tool with the work I do with clients. I work in an accountancy practice and regularly use it to extract action items and host training sessions with clients , making it easier for them to retrieve the insights later on. The AI chat function was really impressive, as you can literally chat to your meeting and get instant hyperlinks to just the right part of the meeting (I do ramble sometimes!).

We love Fathom! Even the free version is extremely useful; however, the Team Pro combined with Zapier for automation is amazing. Easy to use, integrate, and the AI capabilities are awesome.

It allows us to be present with our clients at a level I have never experienced in business before, because our minds can allow itself to be creative rather than remembering things. Fathom takes care of the remembering for us, we take care of business. Getting started is super simple, and having the notetaker join our meetings is straightforward.

Absolutely love the detail the meeting recordings go into. From an overall transcript, to the complete breakdown of the meeting from overview, key topics discussed, next steps and action points. It summarises everything perfectly and links you to the time stamps on the recording if you need to refer back. For me it's been a bit of a game changer as i usually speed write with a pen and pad, but i can certainly save ink and any missed notes this way.

It's got good integrations with the main video call apps and also can plug into certain CRMs.
