Initially great but now very confusing
We previously had a good relationship with fatjoe and were approached by them last summer about lowering our rates to considerably in order to ensure a greater frequency of articles supplied. Reluctantly we agreed to this however the volume of orders we received actually dwindled. We raised this with them recently and advised that the original prices would need to be reverted if there was no marked improvement, only to be told that the lowered fee "has made it difficult for us to assign as much work as we'd like". I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion but it has now left serious doubts over our future dealings with them.

Grow a brand fast with their press release
Easy to use and great for getting mass exposure to an existing or new brand/product using their press release feature. A friend from another company referred me to them and he also had great success with the FatJoe press release.

Bulk Upload
The only thing I would add would be the ability to bulk upload the suggested keyword phrase and the URL. When you have large orders, it takes a long time to manually input each one.
