Day 8 of pending withdrawal and still not processed after being told from loads of different agents it’s being processed and paid out very soon still no winnings my withdrawal before this was 11 days and never paid out so I cancelled it and withdrew again and surprise surprise no winnings, never had an issue with fat pirate before this.

I Won £1.047 over 1 month ago playing on FATPIRATE, the winnings were never added to my balance, after countless emails and hours sat in a live chat still no answer as to where my winnings are.
I have emails saying that they are rigorously trying to find a solution and making sure that I receive the correct amount, even though I told them the exact amount and now I’m not even getting a reply,
