After joining fatpirate I had a win of over £600 but was never able to withdraw it as wad told as a new customer I could only withdraw £50 at a time because I had to reach different stages in VIP status to withdraw any larger amounts.i tried numerous times to withdraw £50 at a time and after 3/4 days the money was rejected and put back in my account with fatpirate..customer services was a joke and no help at all and always told me they will rectify the problem but never did..after a long absence from depositing with them I had a a email deliverd on the 16th january 2025 which said 250% bonus on a minimum deposit of £17,I stupidly contacted live chat and asked if the bonus would be accepted and sent a screen shot in live chat I was told 'yes you can deposit the £17 come back to live chat and the 259% will be added by them..I deposited the money and was back in live chat no more than 10 minutes later to be told "no the email I received was not from them and it was fake!!! I couldn't belive what was being said..I asked to be put in touch with someone else as I was not happy at all obviously..u was given an email link to 'PEACH HELP' and told they will investigate it..I've sent numerous emails continuously since the 16th January and still no one has contacted me and cannot sort out the situation I was put in.i asked for the live chat conversation to be forwarded on to me and it never arrived..I've asked then to review my chat logs that I had with them to be looked at to which I have had no reply either.i have screen shots of all the information they need andi have been ignored..fatpirate us a scam site so please do not deposit with them..I realise uve lost my money and am trying to help others now yo not fall victim to this company and if this helps just 1 person I will feel very happy to have helped that person and wish I'd done my own checks (which I do now)and would have seen that they are not a legitimate company..please save your money,time and frustration and do n8t deposit with this site!!!!!

Dreadful site- sent numerous emails to close account. They will not close it just send email asking for a reason why I wanted to close it. Charge a fee to deposit money. They put any winnings on hold and do not transfer it for ages hoping you will reverse the winnings to play again. Customer service is non -existent. An awful site and recommend you do not play in it but should a more reputable gambling site. To date they have still not closed my account.

Horrible customer service. I was playing a blackjack hand, tried to remove the bet, the application glitched out and bet my whole account balance on a the side bet of the hand. I lost everything in my account. It has been over a month and have not heard a word back, countless emails and live chats just giving me the run around saying it is being looked at. Terrible experience when trying to cancel account. I've tried and tried, sent emails to support, sent emails to "VIP Manager" talked to them through chat, nothing, zero. The best reply i got was : "wait 48 hours" and then nothing. They're a bit shady as well with the way they handle bonus. I just changed my password to something crazy and blocked their emails.
Edit 27/01/2025: After your reply i just contacted your support chat, no no one surprise they told me to write an email to your support email, which i did already 3 days ago. No one answers, nothing.Zero communication, no one saying my account is cancelled, no one from the VIP team. I just don't get it.
Edit:23/02/2025: No one answers, no one does anything, meanwhile i keep gambling and loosing of course. I know 90% of this is my fault, but when you have someone asking you to close an account because i have a gambling problem you just do it.
