The whole process was quick clear and easy, totally recommended!

We bought tickets for Mama Mia Al Fresco dinning experience at Allerton Manor Golf Club in Liverpool.

❌ I do not recommend this as per personal experience. ❌
They cancelled the event due to rain forecast which is understandable but they didn’t call us or email us (they said “they did” but I have not received anything). So all of us turned up to the event just to to find out about cancellation and get our Friday night ruined. They gave options for us to either ask for a refund or pick another event date (I had to call them as no communication at all after 1 week). We opted to go for refund as we had lost trust already at this point. But they didn’t include booking fee of £7 per person in the refund. So we lost travel costs, our precious time plus £7 each for all of us. Now they stopped replying to my emails. Such terrible communication and no respect to the customers at all.

They charged $30 for what almost everyone else got for free. The rooftop was not exclusive, and they double booked it with a birthday party to the right. To the left was anyone who wanted to be there and didn’t pay. Because they had so little space for the event, many people were outside the roped off area, which is also where we ended up. So, we could’ve had the same experience for free. Walking up to the event, a baggie of cocaine dropped from the heavens into the homeless encampment. A fellow with a torch between his legs was nearby. You would think this was the worst part of the evening, but instead the men who approached my party at the event included a pedophile. You can read about him in the internet. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Quick and easy to book my tickets. Apps really easy to navigate through, this was my first time booking tickets with Fatsoma and i found it super easy had no trouble at all. Definitely be using them again for my tickets.

Nice atmosphere. Good acoustics. Enjoyable programme.

Easy to set up and use

First time I have used this app and so fare it’s been fine.

I signed up to the app and bought tickets. Every time I try and check about the tickets I've purchased it doesn't recognise my account so I don't know if I have tickets or not. I've registered again and it doesn't recognise me again. So far a terrible start.

Smooth easy to use service

Nothing special about the service, but being charged £2.50 for the pleasure of using your web form is abominable.
Dangling a prize draw for review sounds shady.
You can keep your vouchers.

Simple, straight forward and hassle free , great and easy app to use.
