I recently rented a car from Sixt Barcelona Airport and was sooo happy to get my lost item I had left behind in the vehicle! I contacted the rental location immediately, and they were incredibly helpful in retrieving my lost item and arranging for its safe return. It's refreshing to encounter such great customer service, especially when dealing with a potentially stressful situation like a lost item. Radisson Blu, Manchester Airport found items I’d left behind. I was surprised to receive an email from them to say they’d found an item and would I kindly confirm the item was mine.
The whole process was just so easy, and I’m happy to report I now have my property back with me.

Came back to stay here ‘cos the first time was so good. Again, everything was great. Warm welcome. Decent room. Cool bar. Good gym/pool/sauna. Nice breakfast. Really good value too. Will visit again.
We left two chargers in our room at the Marriott in Ghent .
The day after we were contacted by mail that we could pick up our items or we could ask to send those items by post to our home address .
Nice service . For me as a frequent traveller the first hotel who delivered this effort and I can tell you that I have lost a few items in hotel rooms in the past .

I had been waiting for over a month to receive my lost earring, and the process had been frustrating as I didn’t receive any mail about that the package was on its way or ready for pick up. Therefor the package was sent back to Faundit.
However, Lucía Méndez went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was incredibly understanding and offered a solution by arranging a new shipping free of charge. Even without us having noticed it, Pupp informed us on the day after our departure that they had found 2 rings of my wife - which mean a lot to us (and were quite expensive!).

Absolute bandits, charger me 49 Euro to ship my electronic device home, but then UPS included another 10.37 euro charge and refused to deliver it without further payment. Disgusting behavior. To add further insult to injury now their postage provider has decided that they're going to dump the package at a delivery point, because they never told us about the fee.

Forgot an item at the Clarion The Edge hotel and a few days later it was at my door thanks to this service. Lucía Mendez was instrumental as she caught a mistake in the address and was able to correct it. The personalized communication made a difference.

Forgot my i-pad in my room and automatically got a mai from the hotel that they had found my i-pad in my room. At that moment i haden´t even noticed the loss of my i-pad yet. In the same mail that made my aware of it they also gave me the choice of sending it to me or if i wanted to come by and pick it up. My collegue was still at the hotel and picked it up for me and i got it back.
Excellent service...

The girl that worked at the reception was great! She offered us coffee and tee while hse searched for the missed object.
