Best European parts dealer

Orders almost always arrive early, with everything in the box packaged nicely. Parts service is great, packing is great, customer support is great. There is absolutely no reason not to shop at fcpeuro unless you can't find the part you need.

Consistently great service and parts

I've been using FCP Euro for the last 8 years to source parts for all the euro cars I've acquired. With the quick shipping, quality and variety of parts, professional customer service, and outstanding warranty, there really isn't any better place to get parts.

Ordered parts on Sunday for a blower…

Ordered parts on Sunday for a blower motor for my BMW because you know it’s freezing cold outside. With it being cold out I ordered the fastest shipping possible and it was estimated to arrive this Wednesday the 18th. Here we are it’s the 19th and my order status still says “Processing” this will be my final order from FCP Euro if they don’t get this part to me by Friday.

Parts assortment is good at best

Parts assortment is good at best. Where they fall short and have fallen short with a plethora of others is the customer service area and shipping service. Just about every issue mentioned is from poor quality service. Many other options out there for parts and with extremely much better quality of service.

Customer Service reached out to me.
Found the parts.
Shipped the parts overnight.
They fit, are of good quality, and I retract my previous statement. However, this is not always the case. There are others who did not have the patience. I’m willing to use this company again when needed.

Poor Service and Lack of Accountability for Their Mistake

I am disappointed with my recent experience with FCP Euro. I ordered a transmission service kit (filter, gasket, and fluid) for my 2011 VW CC VR6 4Motion. Their website claimed these parts were the correct fit for my vehicle, but after draining the transmission fluid, I discovered the filter and gasket were incorrect. This left me with no choice but to reuse my old filter and gasket with the new fluid to complete the service temporarily.

FCP acknowledged their mistake and promised to send the correct filter and gasket. However, they refused to replace the fluid or compensate me for the additional cost I now face to redo the service. I will need to purchase new fluid because the original fluid, which I had to use due to their error, cannot be returned.

As a customer, I did everything right, yet I am being forced to bear the cost of their admitted mistake. This is not just about the money—it's about responsibility and fair treatment. FCP’s refusal to take full accountability has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and expense.

I hope FCP Euro reconsiders their approach to customer service and resolves these issues more responsibly in the future. For now, I cannot recommend their service based on my experience.

Best OEM selection, prices, and kits.

There is a world of difference between a patent/aftermarket parts (found on Amazon, Rock Auto, Pelican, or most other online or Brick and Mortar stores like Advanced, AutoZone, etc). It's not that a poorly made copy of original parts will fail soon (although they will)--then failing of these parts can cause catastrophic damage--belt getting sucked into a front seal, a DISA valve grenading and getting sucked into the intake, etc).

For our Volvo XC90 and BMW Z4, all OEM parts equal a car running tip-top.
