Good prices fast shipping easy returns

Used to be good...

Ordered a part, their general description doesn't say left or right, its a 'standard replacement'. Order the part, its more expensive that ordering direct from VW but I had up until now trusted FCP so I will stay loyal and pay extra. It turns out there is a difference although this cant be found anywhere in the description page. The fitment page has it as a 1 line at the very top... right before you imediatly scroll down to try and find your vehicle... where although you have the correct part (according to VW) your vehicle isn't even listed... so more confusion using this site.

Like others tried to return due to bad website info so asked for a return label and let customer service know this is an issue in their description.

They take no responsibility for this or even try or work with you, instead its your fault that they haven't described it. Asked for a supervisor three times and each time Amoreena P kept fobbing me off... was simply not able to read what i had written or rather choose not to listen. My advice is to avoid and order directly from, in my case VW.

Also unless you own a car more than 2 years old their fitment list wont necessarily even list your car... which makes it harder to identify the correct fitment for yourself so mistakes will continue to happen. I do hope they try and listen to customer feedback, we all want the same thing a website that is easy to navigate with the correct information where you would expect to find it. For me I have lost confidence in them and there are other European sites that work and have more up to date fitment data bases... to help you get the right part first time.

update** I actually heard back from the original customer services rep and they have agreed to help 'on this occasion' which I am pleased about. The piece only weighs about 5 grams it wont be expensive at all to post but that was never really the point, hopefully its about FCP listening to loyal customers feedback on their website, the accuracy of which we and they depend. Changed from a 1 star to 3... they used to be a 5 in my experience, hopefully they can earn that back. I know I am not the only loyal customer suffering this at the moment.

I needed a special tool and oil drain plug for my VW Jetta GLI and they were half price compared to my dealer or local parts house. I googled the part and FCP Euro came up. They shipped it out by UPS which is huge because our mail delivery is sketchy in my rural area. I was very impressed and will check their website first. Awesome customer service!

I received all of the items that I ordered pretty quickly. I like the quality and the prices.

This is a one stop shop for all the parts I need to fix my car and save some money instead of going to a shop. The prices are reasonable and I like how there is guidance in choosing an OEM part instead of the manufacturer branded part. Keep up the great work!

I own 4 German cars. FCP has a great selection of OE and quality aftermarket parts in stock. Shipping is efficient to California.

Everything excellent

Order online for 2 nd time parts from Fcp europarts,received second time wrong parts that will not fit,called them explained all story still I have to pay for shipping back because of the wrong parts shipped by them.about 100 $. When talked with cust service representative they claim the website is say parts may not fit,even if I do have only one car registered with them,even if before checking out you verify the fit so if order heavy parts like muffler or rotors you lose money,never again order from this guys not serious like expectations, a great company will handle different, like providing free return label and replacing it with the right part

Easy to find parts online numbers/description. Great photos, fast, well packed, shipping. Hard to find parts with a buyer experience as easy as Amazon.

I give 1 star. It was recommended by mechanic and promised Ez return??. The part i ordered was installed by BMW shop and engin light came on. So he removed it and I return it they refused to take it back. I end it up getting original parts.

I have ordered from FCP Euro for awhile now. I consider them as my go-to for all my European car needs. Honestly, they have fantastic prices, fast shipping and offer quality support when needed. Their website is user friendly and comprehensively layed out. For example; when ordering a part, it shows other necessary components that are needed along with just the part such as replacing single use bolts and gaskets. FCP Euro is highly recommend in my opinion. Thanks!
