I had a particular request which was to reproduce in silver a pendant initially made with a fanciful metal which did not last very long. With the help of a photo of the model and some rough measurements, I was able to acquire my brushed silver pendant. Not only was the rendering better than the original but also the reproduction was very well done and the finish better than I could have wrongly imagined. In addition I was able to have both sides rather than one like on the original.
A big thank you to Eleanor who was very responsive and attentive to my request.
The little extra is that each manufacturing step is followed and reported to the customer.

J'avais une demande particulière qui était de reproduire en argent un pendentif initialement fabriqué avec un métal fantaisiste qui n'a pas tenu très longtemps. À l'aide d'une photo du modèle et de quelques côtes données à l'arrache, j'ai pu faire l'acquisition de mon pendentif en argent brossé. Non seulement le rendu était meilleur que l'original mais aussi la reproduction était très bien faite et la finition meilleure que ce à quoi je pouvais imaginer à tord. De plus j'ai pu avoir les deux faces plutôt qu'une comme sur l'original.
Un grand merci à Eleanor qui a été très réactive et attentive à ma demande.
Le petit plus c'est que chaque étape de fabrication est suivie et reportée au client.

While in Martinique, I bought a custom made gold ring with diamonds for my partner. It was shipped on time to Germany and it looked just fabulous !!! Later, a small diamond got lost. They immediately sent me a replacement at no cost. Excellent customer service !

Ordered a Rolex that I’m pretty satisfied with. Design looked up my ally but I was fairly hesitant about buying something at this price point that I cant try on before. Everything arrived soon enough and I’m pretty relieved about how it looks and feels in person. Can’t vouch for anything else but this looks and wears as well as I hoped. I purchased the men's rolex ring in yellow gold with rubies. I found this design to be curious as I had not seen an invisible setting on a mens ring like this. Yes it is pricey, but there’s nothing like the glow and quality that jewelry brings. Besides, I wanted to gift myself something special symbolising the fruit of my hard work, so why not? I didn't know of Fearless Jewellery so my first instinct was to read all the terms and researching about the owner of the brand before initiating contact. Thank you, I was not an easy customer, but I can honestly say, it was worth it, what a gorgeous piece of jewelry!!

Hesitant at first, but was not disappointed. I really wanted to buy the gold Agadez Cross, but the price made me unsure. I sent an email to Eleanor, and she was so responsive and helpful!!! She proposed a 3 month payment plan to make the cross easier on my budget. The cross was delivered 2 days earlier than expected, and there were zero taxes or additional charges (an issue I’ve had in the past). I wear my Agadez Cross almost every day and love it so much!
