They euthanize animals

Was donating to them until I found out if a animal is the least bit aggressive then they euthanize. My loving daughter Chaweenie Khloe will chew someone's hand off over her food, but otherwise is very loving & sweet to everyone. So if God forbid she escaped & PETA "rescued" her they would euthanize her for being "food aggressive". Once I found this out I quit donating & filed a chargeback on what was previously paid in. No animal deserves to die for learned behavior that can be undone with the right therapy. The ONLY organizations I support are not kill shelters, get informed before you donate!!!

Just found out they took a photographer…

Just found out they took a photographer to court for using his photo and then ruining his life by arguing the fact the picture was taken by a monkey and the money should go to it all to avoid a lawsuit against them. This company needs to die and the people with it.

I've been affiliated with peta several times and I was on their texting chain
But every time I brought up and try to have a discussion about China they walked away.
Although I think they do some good work, they're another organization that has their lips firmly attached to the rear end of the Communist party.
This romanticizing about communism needs to stop.

peta having trouble with mdf-horses on carrousels while neighbours are hunting one neighbour down and having support from their mayor/police and all his organisations in a true today-witchhunt, made me cry today. So many coffeewomen that want to have their parttime-cake and eat it too, making the world collaps about nonsens cos they got no life experience and nothing better to do.. how can we start taking organisations serious again and respect ppl that work for the gvt like this!?

I never joined up to you

I never joined up to you. Stop sending marketing communications which is a waste of resources and money which could go to saving animals. This is harrassment and coercion

After reading other negative reviews I…

After reading other negative reviews I hate them more. If they would just spend quarter of the money what they spend on adverts..I just read one article about something and couldn't finish it because the same heart breaking video of suffering dogs popped up literally 6-7 times before I would even finish reading that article..They don't have to make people feel like crying every time they want to browse on the Internet.. disgusting. I donated for them once or twice in the past but I won't do it again. I'll do to other reliable charities who actually care about saving animals.

Do not trust their propaganda!

This organization claims to ‘rescue’ animals but in reality they have been caught funding extremist organizations and also managed to euthanize 1.5 million shelter animals every year. And then they blame it all on non-vegans.

They are so radical that even regular vegans hate them.

I've been a PETA member for many many years. but I'm unhappy with them...…

I've been a PETA member for many many years.

I never contact them, unless it is for very very urgent matters.

So maybe twice a year...

For at least the past 3 years there has been an emergency in my town concerning a rule from the city that forces people to put some deceased animals in garbage bins if these animals are found on private land, like backyards for example.
I asked them if they could write to our mayor asking him to make that rule invalid.
Many surrounding towns already forbid their people to put any animal corpse in their garbage bins.

They wrote back to me telling me that they put their efforts in helping suffering animals..

Still....

Only two months ago, they wrote to the mayor of a town which is at at about 2 hours from where I live regarding a court case about deers who have been "threaten" to be killed by that town administration, but who are still alive, happy and well, thanks to the Court for this... But the threat of being killed is still persisting, we'll know more next March when there will be another court case about it.

These deers are currently not suffering at all, fed every day by generous people and in good heath...

So why writing to me that they (PETA) only deals with suffering animals then if they wrote to one mayor and cannot write to a second one ?

Also, I wish that instead of sending tons of calendars, greeting cards, stationary, etc that they would not send these things and use that money to help animals instead...

Giving money to help animals is one thing, but please stop using that money for making tons of things ("gadgets") that you will send to your members....

Peta is a genuine animals rights…

Peta is a genuine animals rights campaigner for cruelty & pain free lives for all creatures great & small.

Highly knowledgeable about vegan & vegetarianism as a "GAME CHANGER" & seek a kinder world for all beings ...

The previous negative reviews I have wasted my time skim reading (supposedly about Peta) are clearly absolute numpties, poorly educated, small minded human & animal haters spewing unproven lies about an organisation tackling some of the most damaging issues our modern world faces...yes...such as factory farming...milk & meat production & how we rear animals into a life of pain & fear before being murdered for cheap nasty production of meat...get a book guys...from your poorly written liablous & throw away remarks it sounds like you'd seriously need help just reading it (oxford educated head teacher!!! Lol the apocalypse can only save us if that is really the case - oxford wasted resources on you...& now this luddite teaches your children!!!) That's heavy right there!!!

If you don't like a pro animal & human rights organisation founded on instigating positive change then poor you indeed...why not just keep out of their way...what makes such haters go hating online/trolls...they haven't had personal experiences or even investigated Peta ...they simply can't get their tiny uneducated butter bean brain cell around the serious issues that Peta tackle...because they don't understand a life beyond their own need & greed.

Join Peta...do amazing things for our planet with them.

Game changer (program) ...watch it...it will show you how to think about meat & lifestyle to improve your own health & wellbeing as well as for our animal kingdom. It helps if you have more than one brain cell though otherwise you just wont get it...like the hater reviewers on here.

Organisation that harms animals.

Really peta?
Killing animals that could have been re homed.
Comparing the death of animals (mind you is sad), to the death of people is ridiculous and insensitive.

Really peta?
Who you do think you are?
If you actually cared then why get rid of perfectly healthy animals?
Anybody reading should not donate to this rip off of a charity. Donate to local shelters, because I can assure they actually care for animals, unlike this "charity".

Do better peta. Animals don't deserve to be subjected to your rubbish treatment.

Bad emergency response

The dispatcher said she could help me. Then all she did was call the Humane Society and tell me the same thing they did. Then she texted me that her supervisor said there is nothing they can do, which is a total cop out. And then she stopped responding to me. She probably though I was crazy because I am low income, and felt too uncomfortable. More of the same spoiled brats who work in Washington D.C.
