FedEx not with the times !!!No real time tracking system. Driver that cannot understand delivery addresses or the written words . Skip the Dishes is far more superior delivery system .Maybe take a lesson to improve your service even if Canada Post is better and there on strike and they still have better communication ! Now I am chasing my order.

FedEx is a very bad company, my experience with it has been very bad, my USA package was delivered to Calgary City, Canada, but I have not received it till today, neither customer service people tell me about it, nor anyone in the office tells me, they say we do not know anything about it, it had my valuables in it which they have lost, but now no one is taking responsibility for it and FedEx is a very useless and very bad courier, no one should send their package through it. I'm waiting pakage 4 months

How come its surviving with the worst quality of service

Few weeks back, my package was returned to the sender (I beleive fedex didn't even try to deliver the package to me, but phone me to come to theier location and pick it up. WOOOOWWWW, is this is what fedex charging the premium charges?. Now there is another priority package with them which suppose to be delivered today before 1:20pm, but its not. Reached out to the customer service only to learn that they will record the call, but don't allow the customers to record the same call(FISHYYYYY). I been told that I need to wait killing my time just waiting for the package. Woundering how FEDEX is still in business in this part of the world in todays era...

It has been 3 days straight waiting for…

It has been 3 days straight waiting for a new cell phone delivery. Was supposed to be delivered priority next day before noon and needed a signature. So by 3rd day waiting I had to go out and I am sure that is when they tried to deliver. Customer service cannot tell you anything that you cannot see on the tracking site. I am not sure how they stay in business to be honest with the lousy service they provide. After 5-6 calls to customer service I have given up and will cancel my order if it does not arrive what will be 6 days after it was scheduled to arrive. Not impressed fedex!!

I had a terrible experience with FedEx…


I had a terrible experience with FedEx delivery. The driver arrived late and then asked me to help them carry and handle my own delivery because they didn’t want to use their tools. It felt like pure laziness and unprofessional behavior.

What makes it worse is that this didn’t happen once — I had the same bad experience with two different FedEx drivers. Instead of doing their job properly, they pushed the work on the customer.

This is unacceptable service from a company like FedEx. I expected professionalism and responsibility, not excuses and laziness.

Package shipping within Ontario

Package shipping from Barrie, ON to Toronto with estimated shipping time of 1 day. Ended up going across the country to Delta BC and then back again - resulting in a delivery time of 8 days. May as well have used Canada Post - it would have been there sooner! This is the 2nd time (in a row) that this has happened. And trying to speak to ANYONE at this organization is a lost cause. They have THE MOST appalling "customer service".

I needed information about shipping a different kind of package, and the agent gave me no information, and hung up on me entirely. I am left with no answers, and no way to ship an important medical test.

FedEx has done this a number of times…

FedEx has done this a number of times to me. They send a an invoice for taxes and duties for cross boarder shipping weeks and sometimes months later and I try paying it but their payment system isn’t working and it goes to collections. A very dumb and avoidable situation.

Received an international package in…

Received an international package in Feb. July I get calls from what turns out to be a collection agency who refuse to identify themselves but demand my info. I think it’s scammers. After 17 phone calls from 11 different numbers most of which were just recordings saying my name. They finally decide to say who they are, but won’t tell me what it’s about. I still think it’s a scam because I have never owed money to anyone in my life. Agent agrees to tell me who they collect for..Fedex. I call Fedex and they can’t help me unless I have an invoice number. I have never gotten an invoice. Now I have to call the collection agency to get the number from them because Fedex can’t look it up by the tracking number or my name. I ask why Fedex didn’t call me. “We don’t make phone calls”. Yet you can give my phone number to a collection agency. After 7 phone calls back and forth it is discovered that the invoice and 2 reminder letters had been sent to an incomplete address. They got the package delivered to me in Feb 2025 but could not address the invoice correctly. After all this I find out I have been sent to collections for $15.85 !!!! Imagine having your credit ruined over $15.85 and Fedex being unable to properly address an invoice.
Other companies show right on the tracking number that money is owing and the amount. You can then pay it online or over the phone. Payment is required PRIOR to delivery which means they never need to send invoices weeks later and try to collect. I still have never gotten an invoice, I did get an email receipt for the payment. It’s a funny story to say I was sent to collections over $15.85 but it’s not funny how this colossal mistake on their part affects my credit. DO BETTER FEDEX! I feel like you owe me for what was YOUR ERROR and no fault of my own.

I had a delivery driver that didn't use…

I had a delivery driver that didn't use the intercom of my apartment to contact me. He decided to walk to the back of the building to find me through my back door waving his arms to get my attention. The intercom is and always has been working good as I had the building manager to take a look at it with the repair guy and they fixed all that was needed prior from this scenario.
I opened my back door to the delivery driver, who was not wearing a Fedex uniform, and he told me the package in his hand was for a different unit. I told him what unit I was in and he proceeded to go to the other unit for the package. Ten minutes later, I receive a confirmation email about a delivery that I never received. I go to the other unit and find that the package that the driver had was for my unit. I call to make a report about him and I was told that the only way a delivery driver goes anywhere other than the main entrance is if I were to have given them special instructions to do so. This was not the case and I was told I would receiver a call back within 24 hours and I had to contact Fedex to get someone to take this seriously after 48 hours. I received a claim number after the 48 hours and when I call to see the claim status, the claim is not recognised for me to view. There was no need for that guy to come find me in the back of the apartment and the way Fedex has been dealing with it is sickening.

have been waiting for my package for 20 days, and it was written that it would take 2 to 5 days to arrive at the address. I call every day and they tell two different stories. And for days it seems like the package is on its way and should arrive, and when I ask them for any information about the package, they say that they don't know any information, so who should know about the information if not them. If the package is lost, they should inform you, not in such a way that it might be thought that it has disappeared

Fedex Suck

They should not offer anymore the Fedex Next Days Service they can't do the job and lying on comment when you try to have update. They don't care about customer just your money $$$ count. Same problem with 2 shipment this month on Overnight services.

Totally Worthless Company. I left a message on the door for a $1600.00 package to ring the bell because it was pouring rain. The driver left it on the gallery, rang the bell and left. AVOID them and UPS Umited Package Smashers. CANADA POST IS BEST!

They should be called Fedextortion

Why do companies still use Fedex, they are literally the worst. Ordered a package from a seller who generally sends via Canada Post but for this package decided to use Fedex (without my request or permission). My address is a PO BOX because I use postal redirect at my building managers request. I never have a problem EXCEPT FOR FEDEX. They won't deliver to the PO BOX but they accepted the package for delivery anyway. So I had to call their customer service line only to learn that it'll cost me $16 to redirect the package to my apartment which is literally a block away! Honestly, what a terrible customer experience. Why are you punishing the consumer, bill the sender if there is an issue like this.

My package was signed for by someone not from my household…

My package was signed for by someone who is not me. It said "Direct signature required." Nobody was at home that day. Either the courier signed for it himself, or he delivered it to someone else. If the courier had attempted a delivery at my apartment, he would have realized no one was home. If he had delivered to a wrong apartment he would have known, as no one there would answer to my name. This makes me conclude that the courier fraudulently signed my signature to make it appear he delivered it to me and is responsible for the lost $500 package. The least he could have done was leave a delivery note.

I wouldn't have bothered with this

I wouldn't have bothered with this, but twice from the same company screwing up is begging for a rebut. I get here and see that I'm not alone. The only reason that Fedex is getting any business at all that I can see is because of the situation with the Post office...I ordered from a company i use constantly, and usually get great service from Canada Post, but this time it was Fedex...what a sad joke they are. I waited for two days, they said the parcel would be delivered. I finally left my apaartment to check my mail box. There was a tag on the door saying sorry we missed you. No one knocked, just left the tag...why? Now I have to go to a local business that serves as a depot for their screw-ups. I am partially disabled, so have a harder time than most going out to get things that I already paid to be shipped to my door. This is the second time this has happened. This company is beyond useless.
