complete and utter incompetence. Delivered 20 miles away from the original address and sent a failed to deliver email. now treating to destroy it if a new address isn't issued, it was but they haven't done anything to resolve the issue. not worth using, AVOID
Non Delivery of Parcel
FedEx I.E insist after many emails to and fro that my parcel was delivered on Monday 25/08/25 @ 10.52 and signed by me.
I did not receive or sign for any parcel!!!!!!
I have checked with all my neighbours but to no avail.
The parcel was obviously lost and I am getting repeated emails from FedEx suggesting delivery of same.
I am then asked to take 2 minutes supporting FedEx"s great "Customer Service".
I am now adding my name to the vast majority of disappointed customers condemning this inefficient and poor courier service.
It is now into September and I Know now that my parcel is gone AWOL.
Buyer Beware if FedEx is your courier!!

Today is Saturday 14/09/25 and after my 22 emails since to FedEx I have got ZERO satisfaction regarding my non delivery.
FedEx continue to repeat the same automatic lines that they are looking into the delivery!
Everytime I get the same email with a different printed name at the end.
I have now given up on this disastrous and incompetent so called courier service and have come to terms with the loss of my package.
To everyone that reads this well deserved very negative view of FedEx I would sincerely advise them NEVER use this excuse for a courier service to deliver your goods.
The delivery service is a disgrace AND so is their non existent customer service.
Trustpilot is awash with highly negative views of FedEx.

First time shopping with them stopped getting tracking updates, was very hard to get customer service and when I did they told me they lost my returns shipment of expensive headphones and the best they could refund me was 5.85€. Because their policy is 11€ per kg.
It cost 25.10€ to ship from Ireland to the UK too. Just absolute terrible company all round.

My parcel was out for delivery on Friday 8th August, it was back at the depot by 3.00pm that day, delivery unattempted. I then had an email saying it would be delivered Monday 11th August. An hour later it changed to Tuesday 12th August. Tuesday afternoon I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered despite me waiting at home for a second day, no delivery was made to me. Upon checking the proof of delivery it had been signed for by somebody I don't know so presumably the driver didn't check the address or the recipient. Today is Friday 15th August and the sender has heard nothing from FedEx despite raising a ticket with them on Tuesday. Why are so many carriers so useless in Ireland? I'll never order anything again from anybody who uses FedEx.

They’ve had my package for over a week and are repeatedly refusing to bring it to me, without any further information provided.
I suspect they may have lost the package but reaching anyone for verification apart from their Philippines customer service department that appear to have no actual connection to any information, systems or processes within the organisation, has been impossible.
I’ll make sure never to use them in the future. They’re incapable of the very basic delivery functions.
If you’re considering sending with FedEx, you might alternatively throw whatever it is that you want sent, down a well. Because you’re equally likely to have the same result with both, with FedEx actually costing money.

Tried scheduling a pick up online but it won’t let me enter a pick up time which is a requirement and consequently I can’t arrange the return. Online support is a joke. No contact number for Dublin depot. Do these people ever try using their own services?????

Good service overall
Received a delivery from the UK via Fedex. Tracking was detailed and VAT & duty payment was straightforward. The package was scheduled for delivery on Friday but this changed to Monday and then back to Friday which was a bit annoying when trying to ensure someone would be at home to receive, There was no options available to change delivery address/collect at depot which would be helpful. Package arrived safe and sound within the estimated window.

I shipped 8 boxes from the United States to Skibbereen Ireland under the TOR customs program. Upon arriving in Skibbereen Ireland, within one week,I received the first 2 of my 8 boxes at the home of my relative. Each of the boxes I shipped had a white label, with the correct address in black, with the correct postal code. Each box also had the proper paperwork attached via a plastic envelope containing the required Tor paperwork. I have now been in Ireland for over a month, and I have not received any additional boxes. After several phone calls to Fed EX, I finally looked at the paperwork that Fed Ex had printed out
which had to do with "TOR" and found that FED EX had changed the postal code on those documents. So 6 boxes got shipped to the wrong postal codes all over Ireland! Even though the correct address with the correct postal code was on the outside of the box in large letters in black ink, with plastic tape. After countless calls to Fed Ex, we were told that they had been delivered to all the wrong addresses. After locating some of the missent boxes I was next told that the boxes were now in customs and there was a problem with my TOR paperwork and customs was returning 4 of my boxes to the US, as they had been in customs too long. Which still does not account for 2 boxes of the 8 boxes I had sent to Ireland. And FED EX is going to charge me again to reship returned missing boxes from the USA to Ireland. Not that I will ever use FED EX again.

Changing delivery dates and times 2 hours before delivery was due. Now just hoping I actually receive my items. 1st email stated delivery due on 08 July, 8 minutes later, delivery due today. Then 2 hours before delivery is due, received an email stating delivery due on the 8th. I loose business and all they can do is say SORRY, SORRY. This does not bring my business back
