Worst collection service

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Twice now I've arranged for a parcel to be collected, waited around ALL DAY on my limited days off. To then learn, it has been cancelled!!. I'm so beyond annoyed and livid. Absolute joke of a company. So incompetent. Can't even ring them either. Have to talk online to AI before reaching a 'live agent'. Absolute joke!! Not happy!!

Unbelievably unreliable!

Shockingly slow. Ordered something from Latvia and took longer to arrive than an order I simultaneously placed from Japan! It also spent longer in Irish customs, despite Latvia being in the EU! I even got an email saying "Your parcel will be delivered before 6pm tomorrow" and only after speaking to a less-than-helpful customer service agent, did I learn that it was STILL in fact, in customs. Absolutely appalling service!

Very disappointed with Delivery & lack of Communication!

Very disappointed with the lack of good service from FedEx Ireland.

As other contributors have said if I could give a Big Fat Zero, I would.

What are they up to, are they short of vehicles?

My parcel containing Plants left Holland on the 2nd June arrived into the FedEx depot in Tallaght, Dublin on Wed 4th June, I received an email informing me that it would be delivered on Fri 6th June, since then not a word from FedEx re my Parcel or Delivery!!

I put in my tracking number to check after Fri No Show, and saw that my parcel that should have been with me on the 6th, had left Dublin for Shannon on the 7th,
and a delivery date of the 9th was showing,
come the 9th a new delivery date of the 10th now showing on FedEx website, and still no contact from them.

My poor Plants will be Mush, what's the point in using, paying for a courier that is slower than Postal Service?

Would not recommend FedEx snail delivery, DPD so much Better.

Courier arrived at my address early…

Courier arrived at my address early afternoon,but I'd stated to be at home after 5pm.
However there was no problem to reschedule delivery for the next day or collect package from their point in Santry.I chose 2nd.option as Santry is on my way to home.
Package was fine,nothing damaged. Customer service good too.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would, Totally incompetent. Send bi weekly payments with not only remits but proof of payment also and they never post it to our account. Instead get Collections Agencies on to us. I have gone as far as making contact with a board director on LinkedIn out of complete desperation which helped for awhile but now back to square one.

FedEx needs a complete overhaul or close down because you make everything so difficult for your customers.

Genuine effort to deliver the parcel

The bicycle was shipped from Germany to Ireland and arrived smoothly. The driver followed all instructions carefully and was very helpful throughout. Although there were a few back-and-forth phone calls, he made a genuine effort to deliver the parcel. When leaving it with our neighbours wasn’t an option, he ensured it was placed in a safe location we had agreed on. Above all, his determination to complete the delivery was evident and appreciated.

Poor service for high price service

got a shipment from our supplier shipped last week due last Thursday 3 boxes , one arrives Thursday and the other two I call about today, im told one is oout for dlivery and the other one don't know where it is and opens a case, for such a world wide global company this is happening one time too many for us , its almost happening on a weekly basis for part shipment to be delivered and the rest either late or going missing

Hoka and Fedex Ireland.
I ordered shoes for €175. They have not been delivered. They claim they have been delivered but are unable to provide proof. No Delivery, no Refund, no Problem.The employees of both companies are liars and thieves.

BAD EXPERIENCE

BAD EXPERIENCE – FedEx Played Ping Pong With Our Refund Request
In January, we paid FedEx a significant amount of money for customs duty on our packages. Unfortunately, those packages were returned to the supplier and never delivered.

We assumed, logically, that since FedEx didn’t provide the service we paid for (no delivery = no import = duty should be refunded), we could get our money back.

But that’s where the nightmare began.

For MONTHS, we’ve been chasing this refund. Every time we contact FedEx, they push us to a different department. Every call is a dead end. Every email leads to another contact. It’s like they are playing ping pong with our request – passing it around but no one takes responsibility.

We’ve spent hours on the phone, explaining the situation over and over again. No one helps. No one solves it. Just empty promises and constant delays.

We are extremely disappointed. This is not the kind of service you expect from a global company like FedEx.

If you're a business and your operations depend on reliability and fair treatment — beware. Once they take your money, getting it back (even when they fail to deliver the service) is an uphill battle.

Only bots and lies, no delivery

Delivery was supposed to be on April 4th between 10 and 2pm. I made sure to stay in, nothing came. By 8pm I left my shop, the system still showed my parcel as in being delivered, the driver allegedly on the way.
So I contacted the service and was "chatting" to a bot. I left my phone number and got an automated mail that FedEx was unable to make contact with me. An absolute lie. I had my phone on me all the time.
Had I known the selling company uses FedEx, I would have ordered elsewhere. Absolute shambles.

Vendors, STOP USING THEM if you care for your customers.

This company has to be one of the worse out there. they say your package will be delivered between 9am and 6pm. the actual times when people are actually at work. I called to ask for a smaller window of delivery, and was told no. I asked if they can reach out to the driver, i was told they cannot. I asked who can and they said the depo. I asked to be put through to the depo and got told no. I asked for a phone number, I was told to google it. I tried, and the number put me back to the support who told me the same thing. Asked to speak to a manager and I was told no be cause they cannot do anything. I asked to speak to a manger and let them tell me that, i was told no again. This company must be dirt cheap for any vendor to use them otherwise this company should not exist.

I have never met a worse and more…

I have never met a worse and more unresponsive company.
Customs has been paid, but they poor thing can't find my payment - proof has been sent three times. Bank statements and PayPal statements are being deducted.
I don't recommend it to anyone, I have never seen worse suppliers in my 60 years

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. No way to speak to a human and when you eventually do they cannot speak english. Harrassed me for months for a payment they could not tell me what for. Even when I paid the small amount they still sent letters. Basically an extortion racket.
