We've been using Feedbird for more than…

We've been using Feedbird for more than 6 months, and they've produced short-form videos of excellent quality. We provide the scripts and some images, and they'll do a nice video with voice-overs. Customer service has been excellent. The best part is that we're getting some good views of the videos on YouTube that helps us to educate our prospects and customers.

Generic and difficult to work with

They were completely useless for us. Lots of downtime between drafts, and just as I thought we were getting close to something publishable (after 6+ weeks and three rounds of feedback), they started over from scratch. All the designs we'd almost finalized vanished. They literally never published a single thing for us and we paid them $1200 for two months of time.

Their platform is a glorified spreadsheet and you have to create accounts for like three different services just to give feedback on your designs. You cannot, EVER, talk to your designer. You can schedule a 15 minute call with a customer rep. That's it.

I've been using Feedbird for about 4…

I've been using Feedbird for about 4 months now. My Ig feed looks great and the communication with my account manager is excellent.
There was an adaptation period at the beginning but everything was sorted out. What I can mention is that clear communication and clear notes from my part help the creators be a lot better and faster

Outstanding Partner for Organic Social Media

Feedbird has been an incredible partner for our organic social media efforts. Their team has been consistently on point, truly representing our brand and making it easier for me to focus on running the business knowing our content is in great hands.

The onboarding process was simple and effective, and I was impressed by how closely they paid attention to the details I provided. Because of that, they started producing high-quality content right out of the gate. Their videos have been impressive, and the carousels we rolled out this month have been excellent as well.

One thing I really appreciate is how receptive they are to feedback. Whenever we request changes, they handle them professionally and deliver updated content that aligns with our expectations. Our Account Manager, Filip, has also been extremely responsive. Communicating with him via email, tied directly into the Feedbird portal, has been seamless and efficient.

Overall, Feedbird has made our social content creation simple, easy, and reliable. We plan to continue using their services for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended!

We've been using Feedbird a few months now for 5 of our clients. If you give the team clear direction on what you want to see in visuals and content, they will deliver. If you just leave it to them and their stock images, you will get generic content. It's like anything in life, if you put effort in you will receive a much higher quality product as a result.

The pros of Feedbird definitely seems…

The pros of Feedbird definitely seems to be the pricing, which is extremely affordable. the communications from your "rep" seem to pretty quick. Their service seems like it will work for some of our lower-maintenance accounts, but nothing that requires that extra attention or effort.

The writing is quite generic and repetitive and doesn't tie to the visual of the post. The interface/user experience has been a little confusing as well, especially since there are two or three different "platforms" to navigate. There also seems to be a disconnect in what posts are getting posted where, in terms of social platforms, and making sure each strategy is tailored to the given platform.

I assume and hope that certain kinks will get better over time—and like I said in the beginning, the main perk is the cost, which definitely balances it out. In the end, they are saving us time and money, which is a great perk.
