Easy and to the point

From the first time I saw an ad for Feedbird on my Instagram page I was intrigued. After the on-boarding process and quick review, posts were generated and uploaded to my sites within only a few weeks.

Their professionalism and independence to work with the materials provided has so far proven to be the right choice.

Waste of money.

I hired Feedbird to help with posting and scheduling. They said it will take 10 days to get the first round of post. After the onboarding where i explained the pain point and how my product was solving those points, I received the first round of posts 2 days later. The posts were so bad, no talk about my product, wrong message for my audience, posts so silly that I couldn't believe how bad they were. They say the first month is tricky since they are learning your brand, but the quality started so low, that it will take 3-4 months to get it to where the quality should be. I wasted $150. Bad, save your money, don't do it.

- As with any new brand collaboration, the first draft is meant to be a starting point, not a final product. That’s exactly why our service includes up to 3 rounds of revisions, so we can align more closely with your product, audience, and messaging.
- It would certainly not take 3-4 months to reach usable, high-quality content. The content you received was an initial draft, and we would have been more than happy to revise it based on your feedback so it reflected your product and value proposition more accurately.

That said, we would have truly appreciated the opportunity to improve the content together, as intended within the service.

Horrendous Content. Don't do this if your social image is important to you. They say no AI but its all AI trash.

This company is now dodging and saying they can’t locate an account. Actually wild. I can provide receipts. And proof of 100% AI content. I’m doubling down

Great experience and content so far

I've been with Feedbird going on 2 months now for social media content, onboarding was seemless and the content they've produced was on brand and engaging from the outset with minimal input from our team. Very happy with them so far and will try more of their services as their pricing is very reasonable. Communication has been very good as well, good systems in place vs working with unorganised freelancers in the past.

I do not recommend Feedbird

I do not recommend Feedbird. I wish someone would have posted this for me, but I thought I'd try.
The have a professional site and process, but the quality was so bad that I gave up giving revisions because they were getting worse.
I ended up with three videos that were pretty much a bad blue background and white text.

Feedbird Transformed My Brand and My Time

Feedbird is truly unbelievable. In the beginning I was concerned if this service was even for me, but OMG why did I decide so late? The posts and videos they create are amazing and perfectly reflect what my company and my brand are all about. My Instagram and Facebook pages now look professional, consistent, and elevated, and I’ve already seen an increase in sales. They took my workload from ten hours a week down to just one. I simply take photos or short videos, and Feedbird transforms them into incredible content. I’m so grateful I found them. Highly recommended for any business !!!!!!!!

So far no complaints, happy with the reels

We've been with them for about 6 month and so far I have nothing negative to say. They understood our brand and we like their reels that are simple but to the point and align perfectly with our business. I like that they send reminders as we at times can be extremely busy running the business and not always look to approve posts right away. I think it depends on your specific goals and expectations, for us so far Feedbird delivered what we hoped for. Thanks!

Another AI ad service...

Feedbird advertised that their ads are made by real people, not ai. We received 100% AI generated ads.

Their response? "Yes, but it's real people using AI as a tool"

... what?!

AI can put your brand in the negative when your customers see through it. We brought this up with Feedbird to stop using AI. Eventually, feedbird just started posted content when approval wasn't given. We would state on their system, not to use the post. To our shock, we started seeing them go live. Our brand had to do some damage control over obviously AI generated content.

Very incompetent at using Meta Business Suite and Create Chaos

I signed up for for their $499 package for them to create me 7 ads and then run them on Meta Business Suite for one month. The ads were mediocre visually and it took us over a month to finalize them as we went through 3 revisions. I had to write all the text on my own because they didn't take any time to understand my business. Then they didn't setup the ad in Meta Business Suite correctly. They were not targeting what I asked them to target and they added a lead form to each ad that they never told me about so I had no idea what experience the viewer was going through with my ads. I got a few messages but from people that were not in my city (that should have been targeted) so the time and money put into these ads were wasted. They also promised me that the ads would only run on IG and not FB but they let the ads run without giving me heads up and they ran on FB and IG. Everything was done incorrectly and it was very frustrating and stressful. They also forgot to set up one of the 7 ads and instead setup one of the seven ads twice. They also setup one of my ads with the wrong outdated text. Everything was so disorganized and with so many issues. I had to keep a close eye on every little thing and become knowledgeable in Meta Business Suite to check all of their work because they kept on making mistakes. They work on European time so you can't get a hold of anyone during the day and if something is going wrong with ads nobody is going to respond to you for one or two days or even longer. You can setup a zoom call with support but that's only with a creative person who is in US and cannot help you at all with how the ads are running. That person is not technical at all.

They just replied that they don't know who I am. How convenient.
