While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Feefo operates as a closed platform, meaning we ensure that only verified customers—those who have actually used a product or service—can leave reviews. This approach helps maintain the credibility and reliability of the feedback you see on our site. In contrast, open platforms allow anyone to submit reviews, which can sometimes lead to less reliable or biased feedback. We believe that by verifying customers, we offer a more accurate reflection of user experiences.

Feefo asked me to provide a review of three appliances that I purchased from Hughes Electrical, (they also wanted me to review Hughes) who were great. After spending over an hour composing the reviews and submitting them, I received a notification stating that they are only going to display 1 of the 3 product reviews as I had either referenced a competitor of the brand that I purchased or quoted a price within the review.
A review should contain salient info whether it be good or bad. If not then it is just unpaid advertising performed by the consumer. How is it of any use to a potential customer to only hear good news?
This Feefo company smacks of Trump and his inner circle of sycofants.
Hughes should drop this company like a hot potato, it will do them no favours if people cannot trust their reviews.
Feefo seems to be simply a way for companies to falsely whitewash their reputation.
Case in point Rolawn. Feefo rating 4.5 "platinum award" highly rated company with 7000+ reviews. All supposedly validated. Hmmm.
After a terrible experience with Rolawn, I checked trustpilot only to see they are rated 1.7 stars. Scores of customers with exactly the same story as me, often having lost even more money, time and resources than I did.
I wish I'd checked trustpilot sooner. At least this conforms to me once and for all that feefo "reviews" are not worth the "paper" they are written on. Just wish this had been clearer before I lost £150 and a day's wages on a notoriously bad supplier, with so many documented, dissatisfied customers. Oh, but negative reviews are mysteriously absent from feefo. 🤔 Funny, that.
Censored my review for no valid reason - don't trust this company - see other comments in here.
Can't leave a review against companies that are signed up with them purely run for money not customers reviews
No good. They just send automatic responses with no relevance to the question you have asked on a website. I actually don't understand the point of Feefo!
I do not trust any reviews on this platform.
This seems to be an establishment serving the companies looking for good reviews. You get an invitation for a review on behalf of the company, while they are quite certain your experience was OK. One of the companies I purchased from had 5* reviews but they never delivered goods, and only when searching on line, a string of unhappy customers emerged. Average consumer does not have access to this platform. You cannot edit or withdraw your review.
I was reviewing a recent purchase from a major UK retailer and their moderation team rejected my review. The reason for it was: "It mentions specific price details or competitor companies by name."
First of all I never mentioned competitors by name. Second of all out of 3 pricings I gave, 2 were estimative and the third was referring to their ridiculously high delivery cost. I believe this if important information that people should know. At no point did I exaggerate, I presented the facts of my purchase as they happened.
Denying my review is straight up censorship and it doesn't serve either party. It doesn't help people understand the retailer they are buying from and it doesn't help the retailer understand its own shortcomings and possibly improving on them.
Feefo is useless.
Spammed the account of an organisation I help run!
Ironically with an offer to help remove bad reviews
VERY POOR SERVICE. REQUESTED FOR AN UNFAIR REVIEW TO BE REMOVED BUT IGNORED.
Great service from Joe and Paul! Delivery was on time, and they handled everything with care and professionalism. Highly recommend their service!
It very sad to learn that Feefo does not support impartial review by removing negative aspects of product and services from review.

Our moderation team rejected certain parts of your review for the following reason(s):
Reviews left in the wrong section of feedback form

This only misguiding customers, while you are publishing good things only. A factual review should be customer overall expetience of the product. Its pros and cons, after sales service and warranties. Prospective customer will then benefit from review.
I was asked to provide feedback for my hoover tumble dryer by feefo, my comments were deemed not relevant and they changed my product star rating to 5!!
I tried emailing them via the link on the email but it would not send.
Realy great experience buying a new car from Aa prestige, Realy helped with travelling to veiw the car and with the questions I had. would definitely use again
On AutoTrader, traders can verify and write their own reviews. Anyone can leave a review, especially traders. However, these are mainly fake reviews, so please don't use this site or take its reviews as real. Please use trusted websites like here.
Not legitimate. Negative reviews are ignored or modified. This is a fake review system, hopefully this will come to light in the media.
Any review sites that use feefo should be looked at with suspicion.
I went to sign up to Feefo but thought i would check their reviews on Trustpilot around integrity. Based on the frank an honest reviews ive decided not to sign up. However its now made me think how they received my details. I cant remember giving my consent when i ordered from a well kniwn online store. Thank you Trustpilot and fellow reviewrs fir saving me time.
Absolute scam. Left a review for Petals Network who took my money a week before, and didnt deliver the flowers for Velentines. Customer service just said "it happens" - checked their revires from feefo, and they were all 8 years old, and some were clearly complaints but had 5 stars...
