Good so far
It took a little while to arrive but hum we’re good with communication. The product is decent quality. The mint and the maple pepper sticks I found to be the best flavour hit. I have found I can stay off the vape for most of the day using it. We shall see how I get on when I fully switch. It’s a good start

the product itself is fantastic
I recently purchased a product from Feelhum, and overall, I’m very impressed. The product itself is extremely well made and clearly a great idea—I’m happy with the quality and how it performs.
Shipping took about two weeks, which is reasonable, but I think the company could improve by being more transparent about the fact that the product is manufactured and shipped from China. A little more upfront communication on that would likely reduce the number of negative reviews they receive.
That said, the product itself is fantastic, and I would recommend it to others!

Whilst the customer service was bad and they were not honest about the status of my order (and lied saying it had been dispatched when it hadn’t) or the delivery dates (website states 3-4 days which turned into 2 weeks), the item did eventually get delivered. I honestly felt like this was a scam, but I now understand that the company is legitimate but the service still leaves a lot to be desired.
This is a scam. Do not fall for their refund delay tactics. They will advise you that they are experiencing very high volumes of orders and that your order is delayed. They will send you ‘discounts’ and gift vouchers to apologise for the delay in sending your order. But they will never actually send your order and will repeatedly tell you that they are unable to process your refund as it ‘has already been collected by the currier’. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from this company, DON’T DO IT. If you have already raised an order with them you should contact your Bank and raise a dispute as this is the only way you stand a chance of getting your money back.

This company is awful, avoid at all costs, they hide themselves so no one can write a review. They take your money and don't deliver, I've been waiting weeks and when you complain they refuse to give you a refund until you return the product, how do you do that if it nevers gets delivered
