You will not find better customer service
Honestly the best online customer service I have ever experienced. They were the most helpful in figuring out everything from permit renewal paperwork, initial moving documents, I even signed up for the wrong type of insurance and no questions asked they switched coverage and forwarded money within a day. The people behind the chat function really know their stuff and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have always had an answer by email within 24 hours. Thanks FeelSafe!

I got travel insurance for myself and…
I got travel insurance for myself and my family. I didn't receive a confirmation email for my insurance so I contacted online chat. They replied immediately and very friendly. I got the confirmation email in a few minutes. After a few hours, I realized I made mistake when I wrote my wife's name and I had to contact them again. And they solve the problem in five minutes. If you are looking for Insurance I really recommend this company.

We are truly grateful for the over the top EXCELLENT service we received when booking travel health insurance for our son's study abroad semester.
We wanted to give an extra shout out to Agent Richard Ludmer. The Austrian Consulate originally denied our son's Proof of Insurance when applying for his Visa. Feelsafe/Richard personally went out of the way to be sure the policy was exactly what the Austrian Embassy wanted. He continued to follow through in a timely manner to be certain we were completely taken care of while navigating through the process. Great job Feelsafe!
