Excellent service- made my insurance life very simple. Would recommend any international student to use Feelsafe instead of using the Wgkk. Even when I had to cancel because I didnt get the visa renewed it was all very easy and clear. Would definitely recommend.

The best!
As an exchange student, I was struggling to find a good insurance provider for my semester abroad. I am so happy I stumbled across Feelsafe! The application process was extremely straight forward and simple. I had no issues at all with my visa application. The online communication system is very easy as well. Richard at Feelsafe was incredibly helpful during the COVID-19 crisis and I was blown away with the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend Feelsafe. One of the best client experiences I have ever had!

Excellent customer service support, you'll receive your insurance and letter less than a day and continuous ongoing support. I felt taken care of during my stay and always knew they would support me. Extremely kind and helpful - I could not recommend them anymore than I do!

So this insurance is quite awesome... but what's really awesome are those guys in their support center... They are that kind of people who pick up the five euro bill after it fell out of your pocket and give it back to you. GOD BLESS FEELSAFE !

Fast and reliable service
I found FeelSafe after my initial health insurance (from my home country) was not accepted by the Austrian Authorities. The entire process was super fast and stress-free. I got the contract confirmation a few mins after signing up. FeelSafe staff (via the chat on their website) are always there to help and answer my questions in English :) I highly recommend FeelSafe to those who intend to study in Austria.
