so kind and quickly RMA settle process. I purchased laptop battery for my laptop. However, as soon as I received it and try to put it on my laptop, I just found that the battery is uncompatible with my laptop. So I contacted with the Feevoo customer service immediatly. The girl called Tina replied to me quickly and offer me the RMA returnning number, then gave the full refund of this order. No any trouble during the whole process. it is really a great experience here. thanks Feevoo.

Great retailer, love ordering from them and even went through an RMA process of a defective lcd panel which was smooth and pleasant (can you imagine that?) . Will keep buying from them as they have great prices and fast shipping and most important great customer service.

Excellent reseller with a customer service that goes the extra mile for the customer. I had to deal with a RMA and was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process flowed. I needed to contact customer service twice and each time my expectations were fully met.

I've ordered a few things from them in the past as well. Each time, it was because it was the lowest price and this merchant had good ratings, so I've never hesitated to purchase from them in the past, nor will I hesitate in the future. They have fairly quick shipping. I've never had to contact their customer service, nor have I had to return anything yet, so I can't review them for that.

I like FeeVoos prices (often lower than shops' prices). The website is straightforward and easy to use. The service and communication are good and the products of very high quality.

Great service I will always come back to feevoo they are eggstraordinary :-) However, These restocking fees are a rip off and they need to be eliminated. Inspite of that comment the person I spoke to waved the fee and they are giving me a complete refund for the items I purchased. Good business brings loyal customers

As I compared the price and lcd screen detailed information for several online store, finally I just put my order in feevoo. receive the lcd screen within 4 days with great package. I had replaced it in my laptop, and working now. it is perfect, no any problem. thank you FeeVoo.

The lcd panel was broken when I receive it from feevoo, so I sent email to feevoo immediatly. They reply to me in time and offer me a return address as well as the free shipping usp lable. I sent back the defective on to them and feevoo send my a new one immediatly. Now I am useing this new lcd screen. the whole process is very easy and quickly, the feevoo customer service is very kind to me and take quick action of setteling my RMA. I am so thank to FeeVoo.

They always are fast and often have a better shipping deal than other websites.
