I've received my order of the Rosacea…

I've received my order of the Rosacea Corrector (2 for 1) today and everything looks fine. Thank you very much!

The only thing that could be vastly improved is the delivery time. I made my order on the 23th of march and received the package on the 24th of april. It would be of great value if you could offer a faster shipping with a premium price.

As other people have already mentioned, the package has been shipped from Hong Kong while the company is located in the Netherlands. In my opinion you should be proud of your heritage, your products and your service. There is no reason to hide where your products are coming from.

All in all, I think the quality of this company could be greatly improved with a few small changes.

The dark spots from shaving irritation on my legs were really bothering me. I changed my shaving technique and started using products with glycolic acid. The spots are finaly fading.

I have to avoid the sauna and steam…

I have to avoid the sauna and steam rooms at my gym because they trigger terrible rosacea flare ups. Its frustrating watching everyone else enjoy those amenities while I have to skip them.

Damaged goods - no refund !

Sadly when the product I ordered eventually arrived (badly packaged) it was damaged and leaking, the company were unable or unwilling to rectify this problem: insisting that I had to pay to return the damaged items at my own cost.
The process of communication was slow, unhelpful and ultimately unsuccessful.. please think twice before ordering here.

The company was in regular communication about the status of my order, up until it was delivered yesterday. Took 3 weeks from order to delivery. To me that is very professional and the best way to handle a customer. Just started my dark spot corrector today. I will be back with results in a few weeks 😊

Disgraceful!
Ordered the buy one get one free Rosacea corrector but only one arrived. When I’ve queried this apparently I did not add two to my cart, however my email clearly states items in this shipment- Rosacea corrector 1+1 Free so why didn’t I receive this….. totally mis-leading. I’ve been offered a credit for half the money - why not just send the other free one as expected. After reading the reviews it seems I’m not the only one this has happened too - totally disgraceful and disappointed - I’d avoid!

Not like it is online

I ordered a duo rice ampoule product for clearing pores, I also got another pair of the same thing in my order as it was buy one get one free, but I only received one of each, that along with the fact that it took over 3 weeks to arrive, I'm not pleased at all. I also tried it and I saw alot of other people saying it doesn't clump up and the bits that form are ur pores emptying. I can say for certain that it clumps up no matter what as I used it on the same spot 4 times and even tried the palm of my hand and the same result each time. Around 20 minutes after using this product my skin dried out.

I've been using alpha arbutin for my dark spots and its much gentler than hydroquinone but still effective. Its taken about 3 months to see real improvment but my skin tone is more even now.

Horrible experience... Do not order

Horrible experience... I have ordered on 12.Mar only 3 hours later I withdrew from my purchase as I had seen all the negative reviews and that is was shipped from China instead of Netherlands.
They ignored my cancellation even though I tried numerous times. They proceeded to ship out the parcel over 2 weeks later anyway.

Now I have the parcel here and they are not willing to provide a return label. They say I have to pay for the return of the product, even though it is not a return but a cancellation and they shipped out the parcel unsolicited as the ignored m cancellation request.

If they could simply provide a return label, I would say it is okay but this is just a level of customer service that is not acceptable.
Seems like a fishy scam company... Do not order from them!

PS: ORDER FL88005 - if the customer service is willing to help now...

The Private Corrector- Feline Skinscience (Product Not Arriving)

I have emailed them several times regarding my order. They gave me a tracking number. In their last email they said it is in “transit”.

When I went to check the last mile tracking from the tracker, the last update was from 30/03/2026 when the order was made. That means it has not left the warehouse at all. How can you claim that it is in “transit” when it has not left at all. You are misleading me, and giving me false reassurance that there is still a product coming.

I don’t recommend ordering from this company.

Purchased on 27th March.
Emailed them and they said goods are in transit!This was 2 weeks ago and also a week later.
Tracking number link they sent doesn't work.
Unacceptable to be waiting 30 days for a delivery.

We do not have control over the NL postal carrier. If their processing is slower than expected, we cannot be blamed. After customs clearance, the local postal carrier is automatically assigned without our choice.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. Customer service is nonexistent. They are a scam company that don’t deliver the products they are advertising. Luckily I went through Kalana so they are dealing with it for me.

Don’t waste your time and money with this ‘company’

Edit* sounds like a lot of excuses when it seems everyone is experiencing the same problems. If you’d put this much effort into replying on Trustpilot and making up lies to actually sorting out your orders then you wouldn’t have so many bad reviews.
Also my phone auto fills for my address and it seems to work with everyone else I use online.

Also I’ve got evidence of me emailing you about my order which I’ve sent it all over to Klarna.

Poor service

After my first order I was told I had signed up for a subscription which I had not. I asked for proof of this but all they sent me was an image with a tick in a box which does indicate it was associated with my name. The delivery times are much longer than they advertise, there website states 4 to 8 business days , this order took 26 days. There correspondance is a waste of time, keep telling it is on its way but when you check the tracking it is stuck in the same place, what is the point of update when the parcel has not moved. There products are poor.
In response to your reply, I am not saying it was not delivered. I am only stating facts. Your website states quite clearly, delivery to UK address 4 to 8 business days, fact it took 26 days, also I asked for proof that I signed up to a subscription but you failed to provide this, as regards claiming for a product free is total rubbish.
