Very disappointed with this company.

Very disappointed with this company.

I placed an order on 12 May and was repeatedly told that my package was on the way. After waiting over two weeks, on 28 May I finally received an email saying the parcel had been returned because nobody accepted delivery, and asking me to confirm my address.

The problem is: the name and address they sent me were not mine at all. I live in the UK, but the parcel was apparently sent to an address in the USA under a name I do not recognise.

The whole situation feels extremely suspicious.

When I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted to wait, they told me they could not refund me because the item had already been shipped. Their solution was for me to refuse delivery when it arrives and then pay the return postage myself.

That makes no sense, especially when I repeatedly asked them to confirm my correct delivery address to avoid another mistake, and they completely ignored those messages.

To make things worse, they keep sending multiple customer survey emails every day asking about my experience, despite me already explaining that I have not even received the product.

Very poor communication, no accountability, and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. At this point it feels more like a scam than a genuine customer service issue. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Product is not working what it claims.
I had a very bad reaction to their product and they didn’t accept it
Do not buy from on line company because either they are scam or they don’t care when their product is a danger to your skin like mine.
And they are not prepared to refund you.
Very unreliable customer service and irresponsible.

No sign of order 20 days later

I placed an order on the 6th of May and I got a tracking number on the 9th but it is now the 26th and I still have no idea where the order is.
I got a few emails from Clara (COO) saying that my order is still in the preparation stage before dispatch. On another occasion Clara said that my order is being actively monitored but I haven't heard anything from them since the 15th.
The current state of the order has not changes since the 9th and that is info received..
Will this ever arrive???

Lisa I never claimed that you have never replied to me and stated that I have not heard from you since the 15th of May, So Yes I am keeping my comments to the Facts and not saying anything disparaging. If I could post a screenshot of the tracking that was shared with me I would and then you would see that there has no update there since the 9th as I have stated. And yes you are correct that your team have been in contact with me this morning and I have duly replied to that email.

The shipping took a long time

The shipping took a long time. They should be more honest about this upfront. It said I should receive the product in 7 days and then for the next 10 days I was receiving emails saying its "almost shipping." I thought it was a scam, but I did eventually receive the product. I havent noticed a real difference yet but it does feel good on my skin. (Which is rare with my rosacea) So, Im hopeful that it works.

APPALLING. DO NOT ORDER

If i could give a minus for this company I would. Appalling. Constant lying about order status. Requested to cancel and refund many many many times. Then received emails saying order had been returned from courier to themselves. Yet more requests to cancel and refund. To be told we are sending this out again. Ignoring at least ten requests to cancel. Now they are saying i have to wait to receive then return then wait for a refund. Absolutely disgusted with them. Bet this review is removed. DO NOT ORDER. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Is a wonderful product

Negative 5 stars would be more…

Negative 5 stars would be more appropriate. I ordered on 4/20/26 it is now 5/19/26 I have emailed the company 5 times now as they have not updated my order and still has not shipped. They say they respond back to emails within 48hrs however I have not recieved not 1 message back and there is no phone number to contact the company. Companies should be required to have a customer service line. EDIT: The to top is off they they respond with the insult below calling me a liar saying I haven't emailed at all. If this is not your correct email on listed on your site : info@feline-skinscience dot com I suggest you update it. You do not treat customers fairly and even sent me a message saying you will replace my order I NEVER recieved ONLY if I remove this review. How about you don't steal people's money and not send them their orders. I am more than happy to screen shot and send you ALL the emails I have sent. To respond back to someone like this is horrible customer service.
