I had a problem reaching customer service about a delivery I received. I was so frustrated and I didn’t know how to get my problem resolved. Now, I am pleased to report, the Manager emailed me and was very supportive and helpful!
My problem is resolved and I am very happy!
It is a good sign when a company addresses issues head on and promptly!
Having a good product isn’t the only thing that is important! They have lived up to both!
Thank you!

Nowhere in my review or my email did I ask to bypass policy or obtain free products. When did I ask you to send me products for free. Clearly you haven’t read my comment or my emails properly, just rushed to reply.
I only said how can I return a product if I never received it. The status for each order says “it’s ready” but doesn’t say it’s “in transit” or it’s current location. I place multiple international orders and none of them have ever taken so long.
I can’t see any option to cancel my subscription so I request you to cancel it from your end effective immediately and remove my card details from your system. If the first two orders are still not shipped/delivered/received, what’s the guarantee of the next order being delivered or received?
I’ve attached the screenshots of both orders’ trackers in my email to you.
Send me a written confirmation that you’ve cancelled my subscription.Again, I am not asking for any free products, I am only asking to get what I paid for and what my card has been charged for and if yet not received as per your policy guidelines of 4-8 business days, then get a refund, which is a fair ask. I didn’t post my review immediately but waited for long enough giving a benefit of doubt for every possible delay, but look at the optics, 25 business days vs 4-8, (35 calendar days) who wouldn’t raise a concern, and the status still stays the same as it was a month ago, not moving anywhere. If there was any actual location posted on the tracker, I’d have the patience to wait, observing it moving.
Don’t try to represent me as a greedy person in your response when you clearly failed to provide what you promised for.
I never asked for any free products and don’t try to unnecessarily pressurize me to remove my review, I’ll not, until I receive both of the orders that I paid for!!
I’ll only remove my comment when I actually receive the orders I paid for, it stays here until then.

I placed an order first time on April 5th, it’s May 5th today; it’s not been even shipped yet. The website says international shipping takes 4-8 business days but it’s been one month (22 business days) and the order status says it’s ready but it hasn’t been shipped yet. There are charges deducted from my card again after a month (that I strongly believe I never saved, there must be some glitch in their system because I never subscribe to any cosmetic companies and why would I do so without even trying their products), but still got deducted for next month subscription whereas my first order is still not received. I had really high hopes from Feline but now I am highly disappointed, got ripped off twice without getting a single product. I wrote an email to customer service with order number on it and explaining everything about two weeks ago but never got a response back. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for your response, Lisa 🌸
It’s quite interesting to see that, after multiple emails and detailed explanations, the situation is now being reframed as if I am attempting to “bypass policy” or obtain free products.
To be absolutely clear: I am not requesting anything beyond what is advertised on your own website — including “free returns” and a “no questions asked” guarantee.
What I have been doing is asking for clear and consistent information before proceeding with the return, which is a reasonable expectation, especially given the contradictory responses I have received from your team.
At no point have I refused to return the items. In fact, I have repeatedly confirmed that I am willing to do so. However, asking for clarification on:
* conflicting refund conditions
* the reliability of the return address
* and inconsistencies between your advertised policies and actual process
is not an attempt to “bypass policy,” but to understand it.
Regarding the suggestion that I am trying to obtain “free products,” this is simply not accurate. What I am requesting is that the process aligns with the claims made on your website.
It is also worth noting that raising concerns publicly is not a form of leverage — it is a reflection of my experience as a customer.
I will proceed with the return as previously stated. However, I will continue to document and update my reviews to reflect how this process is handled, including whether the terms presented publicly are applied in practice.
Kind regards,
Dayana

Please avoid . I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered .
I have been waiting too long for the order which has not arrived yet . Their costumer service is horrible and also the same products I unfortunately ordered from them I found them in Temu. So they are selling 2£ products for prices like 20£

It has been over 2 weeks since ordering my products and apparently items have been in transit for over a week. Cannot get a straight answer from them. Service is terrible. I’m demanding refund and they’re saying they won’t honour it because item has been shipped (however not received)

Ordered the rosacea corrector. It took just over 2 weeks to arrive.
Unfortunately it hasn’t worked for me.
I have gone back to using Soolantra which seems to work much better for me.

Honestly, I could not even try other creams because of peeling effects to help rosacea. This product is like magic. It doesn't last all day but the effect is powerful. I am sincerely grateful. It calms your skin and it really makes the redness go away!

Feline products were received only a few days ago, have not had a chance to use any of them. For me, if the products work then that's a 5 star grade. I truly am hopeful Feline is my last stop to clear my Melasma/Hyperpigmentation torture and punishment once and for all. Will Feline be my facial skin saviour? Remains to be seen.

My order was for the Copper Peptides for hair. Really good deal , buy one get one free. The only problem is that it took 3 weeks to arrive. Keep getting emails saying everything was ok and on track not to worry. After sending an email about the late order I noticed that the ad said “Made in Canada” but noticed now on my shipping update that it was coming from China! They told me that they have people from different parts of the world helping with the product but assured me it was a good product. When product arrived it says on the box that it is made in China , very misleading. Order FL97300

WHAT A SCAM....When I alerted them to the fact that the product I ordered from the Feline website was unsatisfactory, they went to great lengths to provide return shipping information including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
However Feline’s stipulation was that I had to pay for shipping AND that I was required to provide them with a tracking number. This should have been an immediate red flag but I elected to follow their instructions and shipped the product back.
I watched the tracking information as the shipment made its way through customs in the Netherlands. AS SOON AS IT REACHED Feline they REFUSED the shipment. This is not an isolated case. They also state on there "payment page"they have Truspilot 5 stars
THEY DO NOT I have contacted Trustpilot with this information and hopefully they will take note
PLEASE NOTE The return address they use for returns is not the companys address but a HOUSE they use for returns (Dogey) why not use the companys address where it was sent from.,.PLEASE BE AWARE

I ordered a skincare product on 3rd March after seeing your ad on Instagram and paid £54 for it. I still have not received my order. Since 3rd March, the tracking has been showing that the delivery was delayed. I have contacted you many times, but I am still waiting and have received no response. This is very disappointing service. Please resolve this issue immediately by either delivering my order or giving me a full refund.
