It worked out well. I got my answers in the timeline. There is one thing . If you would offer a video talk with the physician for let's say 15 or 20 min. max, that would be great. I would pay for that as well. Sometimes it's better to have a real person on a video call at the beginning.

No customer service
My medication went missing in shipping and I’ve been trying to contact them for 3 days to no avail. They only have an ai chat bot and a “teammate” never comes to answer. No email.
No option to open a new chat. Absolutely terrible customer service. Now my option is to wait 3 months or pay out of pocket and have to wait shipping times AGAIN?
