I was a bit hesitant to go online to get my prescription (renewal), especially without going through my primary doctor, but getting an appointment with my doctor just for a renewal was annoying compared to filling out a questionnaire online for Felix. It was straightforward, I think they processed the insurance for me, and if you look online, there are referral links that help you get the initial visit free.
