Exactly as others have described in the last few months. I've purchased through Femplay before and never had issues with their service, so only discovered other customers' recent feedback after placing an order. Said order totalled $108; no tracking details were ever sent but the $18 item arrived in a reasonable time frame. The $90 item was nowehere to be seen. Sent a polite email that same day (3.5 business days after placing order) and then tried reaching out via their website two days after that. Tried one final email at the conclusion of the 6th business day - all communications were completely ignored. Today marks 10 business days since the order and I'm extremely fed up having tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Phone number is disconnected, all social media accounts are defunct and short of snail mail there appears to be no other way to reach out to Femplay. I'll be contacting the ACCC and my bank and also looking into media options in an effort to get the website/"business" shut down. Even if I end up out of pocket hopefully others can avoid falling into the same trap.

I made a 169$ order approximately 5 weeks ago and after 5 attempts to contact this business I have neither received a single piece of communication nor have I received my order or a refund for my order practically just stole my money and left me in the dark. I will be contacting the ACCC because this was well over 5 weeks ago.
Not a single email in response absolutely disgusting I will never shop here again anyone reading this forget purchasing from here go to wild secrets instead, good products, great prices and an organisation that communicates with you instead of stealing your money. Thank you for nothing femplay

They take your order, take your money and send you an acceptance then disappear! Phones disconnected and no replies to emails

Never sent shipping information/tracking. Part of order arrived after a month, second part has still never arrived. Emails to business have had zero response. Do not buy from, as you may not ever get your product nor receive any support.

Have ordered from Femplay before and always been happy with process. Ordered at end of April 25 - and nothing. Have tried to contact them via phone, email and form fill - no response. Don't know what's happening but my order certainly isn't. Have reported to ACCC and requested my payment back through bank.

I have reported them to the ACCC and encourage others to do the same. I had ordered from them many times over the years. Then I placed an order recently, received a confirmation email with an order number and all the normal stuff. Then I was ghosted. No response to emails, the phone number is disconnected and I never received shipping information or my items. I have had to contact my bank to get my money back. Very annoyed that they seem to be getting away with leaving the website running, taking people's money and then providing no products.

Yet another victim here. Took my money, then silence. No response to emails and the phone number disconnected. They are stealing everyone's money and need to be shut down urgently.

BEWARE - seller takes payment but does not dispatch goods. Phones don't work/email remains unanswered. Fraudulent.

Made some purchases on the Femplay website. I have not received them after several weeks and several emails. The phone line is supposedly down, but never gets fixed. They took my money and didn’t supply the goods.

Made a large purchase on the femplay website. As others have stated in their reviews, no item was received. No response to emails and phone line disconnected. I disputed the transaction with my bank and got approved for a refund thankfully. This is disgusting behaviour from this company, accepting payment from customers but not fulfilling their part.

After many years of good service and products, I ordered some toys from this site expecting the same quality. I regret it as the company never sent out my order and is not answering emails or phone calls. This website used to be good, but now, this is turning into a consumer affairs case as they are taking funds without delivering the products customers pay for with no contact at all.
Please avoid this company and look elsewhere.
A shame that this Australian business has stooped so low.

I placed an order 9 months ago and still haven't received it.

Same as all the other 1 star reviews. Made an order 4 weeks ago and have received nothing. Have tried to ring and email with no response. Have purchased with them before so this is very disappointing.

They took the money and disappeared. I cannot contact them. Many emails have been sent, but there has been no response for weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ITS A SCAM!

Like others, I'd previously had good experiences with this company but my October order never arrived. I contacted them twice without response, the third time they said they'd look into it but then haven't gotten back to me since.

Ordered in October. Have not received. Multiple emails sent, one response asking to confirm my order number, then silence. Got a response on their (now deleted) Instagram account, after multiple comments and messages, asking for order number, more silence.

Noticed that their social media accounts everywhere have been deleted, phone line is down, guessing company has or is folded.

Even tried reaching out to the director directly on Instagram, but no response.

Like others I have had several good experiences with this company in the past & previously left a positive review. Unfortunately it looks like they have gone bad. They are taking orders & payments but not posting the goods. They have even updated their website recently for a Christmas sale to attract more customers. This suggests an intent to rip people off if they don't intend, or know they are unable to supply the goods. Their phone system is disconnected and they do not reply to repeated email enquiries.
