I am very pleased with the Fener's customer service team for the way they handled a recent purchase of mine. I had purchased a set from them a month before Coachella as I was intending to wear it to the festival.
Unfortunately, there were a lot of delays on their end and I didn't get the order in time. I understand they must be a small team working overtime to keep up with orders, but I was still very disappointed and frustrated that the order didn't make it in time.
The customer service team ended up making up for it by taking accountability while being kind and responsive. They even gave me a refund and a 10% off discount for a next purchase!
It's natural for smaller brands to have growing pains, so I really appreciate this brand for taking accountability and serving their customer. Beyond their beautiful designs and quality, their customer service will take them far. #shopsmall

The quality was top-notch, but sadly, they didn't fit my wider calf, so I had to return them following the provided instructions. Surprisingly, instead of a refund, I received a gift card. Not a big deal, I thought—I planned to order another pair anyway in case the first didn't work out. I used the gift card for the second pair, only to find they were uncomfortably lacking in arch support. I recently had a disappointing experience with FENERS, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn potential customers about their business practices.
I purchased a dress from FENERS, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Following the guidelines of EU consumer rights, I returned the item within the legal 14-day period, with the product in pristine condition and all labels intact.
To my surprise, FENERS refused to provide a refund, violating EU directives.
Seeking resolution, I contacted Forbrugerrådet Tænk (legal advice in denmark), who initiated a case on my behalf. Even after being contacted by their sister company in Spain, FENERS adamantly refuses to comply with legal obligations, denying me my rightful refund.
This blatant disregard for consumer rights and refusal to abide by the law is both disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with FENERS.
Their unethical business practices and failure to uphold legal obligations make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice.
Save yourself the hassle and potential legal battles. There are numerous reputable businesses out there that value their customers and operate within the bounds of the law. FENERS is not one of them.
Consider this a cautionary tale and choose wisely when deciding where to spend your hard-earned money.
I ordered shoes, which look lovely. But they‘re simply too small.
I just want to return them. I don’t get an answer. I don’t know what to do. My Mails are getting ignored. No answer.
My whole experience with this company was below average at best. The way they advertise their boots is very confusing, and it’s hard to tell if you’re ordering genuine leather or vegan leather. I ordered a pair that said “certified leather” which turned out to be some sort of corn leather. When they arrived the heel of the boot felt very cheap and hallow. Im not sure if they’re made to last the test of time- and at a $189 price point I would have hoped for better. To say the least, I was disappointed but I figured it wasn’t a big deal since I could return them. I emailed them the same day I received the boots to start the refund process, and it took them about 3 days to “accept” my return.
I won’t bore you with the back and forth I’ve had with this company. However, I think it’s fair to make future customers aware that if you want to make a return, be prepared to wait at least 30 days from your return request for a refund. They’ll make you wait until your product gets shipped back to Spain (which is fair) and then take 15 business days to process the return once it’s at their warehouse (not okay.) I started my return process 9/6/2023 and I’m not set to receive my refund until 10/10/2023.
The only saving grace with this company is that their shipping was quick. I received my boots within a week. However, their return process makes me never want to order from them again.

I had to wait 5 days and ask two times about when my order would ship, before they found out that it wasn’t in stock anymore, and my order got cancelled. The money had already been charged though, and now I have to wait for the refund.

I was ordering from the US, so I expected shipping to take a little bit since I knew it was coming all the way from Spain. To my surprise, It was ordered and at my doorstep within 5 days! I got one of the two piece skirt and tube top sets and it hugs so nice and is so comfortable.
I was SO pleased and I will absolutely be ordering from this brand more often.

Have ordered on the 3rd of May with the expectation of shipping by the end of May. This changed to receiving it on the 28th of June. I would have understood if there had been more communication about delays and maybe an explanation. Instead, radio silence and no clear communication for a view weeks. The dress itself is beautiful, only it creeps up and is rather short for me, I will try to fix that with fashion tape.. Don't think I will order again, I lost trust in how long the shipping time will be, but the products are pretty so Idk XD..

I ordered an outfit, received an email that the outfit still needed to be produced and I would receive an email when it would be ready for shipment. As 3 weeks later, I figured it was not going to arrive in time for the event I needed it for, I sent them an email to ask if it was still possible to cancel my order. 5 minutes later I received an email that my order was cancelled and a refund is on its way.

I would give negative stars if that were an option. I ordered a pair of the Festa Aged Coco boots on March 30th, they arrived very quickly (April 10). However, upon receiving them I saw they were nothing like the black/ brown color they had been advertised as, rather they were a blue/ green. The same day, I reached out to hello(at)feners email, asking if this was the intended color and received zero response in their 24-48hr estimated response window. After the 48hrs point passed, I issued a return request that must have been automated because it was prompt. I returned the order on April 15th, it was received by their US office on April 20th. Their return policy states to wait 5-10 business days for a refund to be issued. Yesterday was day 10, I sent a prompt email follow up to check on the status: no response. I contacted American Express and they are handling from here.
By the way, I still have yet to receive any response from my original inquiry regarding the color of the boots.
I refuse to support a company that willingly forfeits Customer Service like this. Ick.

If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased some boots in a sale for an event I am attending. They took my money, sent a confirmation email and then and sent me another email saying my boots were being made, so they might take a bit longer. One month went past and I had still not received the boots or any replies to the six emails I sent asking of their whereabouts. I finally got a reply five weeks after purchasing saying they had over sold the boots and I would not be receiving them. They refunded me the money and they sent me a ‘we are sorry, here is 20% off for your next purchase’ email to which I replied but of course received no reply back. Shocking customer service. Do not purchase from this company unless you enjoy being disappointed. They look like they make amazing products but I wouldn’t risk it again.

Honestly just terrible customer service. It takes forever to process refunds, even after the time period that they mentioned on there website, no refund was processed. I opened a case with paypal, which i was forced to close by Feners, so they could process the refund. After I closed the case I was told that oh no they could not process my refund, it was a shopify issue, which I, as a consumer have nothing to do with. Customer service has done nothing to speed up the process of paying what is owed or do anything to make it easier.
I have to this date still not received a refund the shoes I ordered artived with Feners at the beginning of March, it is now April, and I have not received my money back.

For a few weeks I was doubting about the ever-yday aged. beautiful boots, good color. I was very hesitant because I am a fairly large Dutch woman. And know that sizes in Spain are small. But with ordering a size larger I still had the confidence. they came quickly, nice quality but the fit was terrible! as if I had ordered 4 sizes smaller. can happen. However, I had not read the return condition because I just get my money back anywhere in the world. I live in the Belgian Ardennes so I also order all over the world and parcels arrive here every day so plenty of experience with sending back! So I don't get my money back at Fenners. Not even after several emails that I will not fit on any of their shoes (since I had already ordered 42), I have osteoarthritis in my feet so I cannot wear a higher heel and this will therefore be a very difficult story. I didn't get my money back because they were on "sale" (which I never even looked at!) yes from €195-, for €175-, . I even offered to refund me €155-, so that the "difference" was settled, but they stand by their position. I always like to support "smaller, independent companies.". but these people really need to learn something about customer friendliness and individual fairness. I don't even care about the money but I can't order anything else because their fit is simply too small or too high.... next time I'll stick to an NL saying.... when in doubt don't buy it . even if it seems like a nice company....... i would think twice about ordering here, very unprofessional and i have the experience to know believe me!

I ordered the Le Semaine Gris, they brought back a limited supply and I jumped on it quick. I purchased on of the last remaining pairs Order#36525. They sent me the wrong shoe, Le Semaine Serpt-Orange. Which I don't even see on the website anymore so I'm not sure how they got this mixed up.
I reached out to customer service because I wanted to exchange and their only response was that the item I originally ordered was now sold out and there was no plan to restock. no assistance was offered or apologies were given for their screw up. Honestly this is just a profit-driven company that really doesn't care for service. They sold more than they had and messed up orders. These are expensive shoes and its so rude to not even care. Save your money people.
Also when you try to return, it goes to the Feners team for approval first.
