Delivered wrong product
They delivered a Tablet instead of the Notebook I ordered. It was swapped over. Nevertheless it was very inconvenient

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The tv needs resetting at least every two weeks as there is no sound. The apps the tv came with are now deleted and will not reload. The remote only works when you’re very close to the tv which is not good in a big room. I called the help desk and although they were helpful the problem is not resolved but I don’t have the time to keep calling them. The picture and sound quality is good but on the whole it’s very disappointing and I would not recommend it. It’s a shame as it’s a British product and I had much higher expectations.

The tv is still under warranty as you do get 2 years will a Ferguson product. Please contact us so we can resolve this issue for you.

I wanted a direct replacement for my tv…
I wanted a direct replacement for my tv remote (TV less than 2 years old) and I received a generic remote that wasn't anywhere as good as the original but it worked without the dongle.

Sold as a motorhome / caravan / camper TV, this only came with a 240v power cable, so completely useless.
And they charged me £20 for a 12v power cable worth about £2!
Disgraceful misrepresentation.

Looking at your order you placed the tv you selected can be used as 12 volt but you did not select that option on the website we have F2420RTSF and F2420RTSF12volt. Had the 12 volt option been selected you would have received the 12volt lead in the box and it would have been priced at 15.99. All information for the television is explained when you select the tv. I hope this explains the reason why. I'm sorry you feel this is misrepresentation, we do clearly state what you will get with the tv. Kind regards
