I found my dealings with Ferrfort to be excellent. The website was useful and my correspondence via Whatsapp worked perfectly. I was able to order a replacement toilet seat for an old toilet which had broken by giving measurements.
The correspondence and help from the company was excellent and my seat arrived within 3 days or ordering and it is a perfect fit.
