Ordered, paid, and two months later no towels have arrived and no response from customer service

I have placed the order on Nov 10 and paid for it. Almost two months later, no towels have arrived and there is no way of contacting their shipper Bartolini! I was given a tracking number and there is no way of knowing why the products did not arrive! I have written repeatedly to the customer service but no response!

Dear Andreas, we are truly sorry for the crazy delay caused by continuous misunderstandings with the courier responsible for delivering your order. We opened a support ticket throughout the entire period and received vague responses from the courier. What happened forced us to stop everything and review the entire procedure for couriers delivering outside Italy, which will help us improve and correct our delivery service. high standard for everyday habits

I love to buy GABEL towels for me and my family: they are very soft and effective in drying the skin and the hair. The material is high quality cotton.
