Scammers
Scammers. Entered all the details for a specific route only to complete booking and realise that “mysteriously” the route had switched to the opposite direction. Spoke with a member of staff who initially claimed that I could make one change only to realise she just wasted my time and she refused to change the direction of the route only the time. Laughable to even offer to change the time when I asked for a change in route. Funny enough some years ago I booked with them and just before I paid I noticed the route had switched to the opposite direction but since I noticed before I paid I was able to fix it. Same happened to my husband d last year. Seems like they do it on purpose to force people to book the wrong ticket and make them waste money. Must be going bankrupt if that’s they only way they can get peoples money.

To clarify, our website will never select or change a route on a customer’s behalf. Once the main journey details are entered, the website may display a number of available options, and these can include sailings travelling in the opposite direction. We appreciate that this may have caused confusion in your case.
Importantly, before any payment is made, we clearly display a summary of the exact booking being confirmed, including the route, date and sailing details. This is specifically to give customers the opportunity to review what they are booking before completing payment.
I can assure you that it is never our intention to inconvenience or mislead our customers, and we always make every effort to assist when an issue is brought to our attention.
