An easy process to go and book the ticket.
My only gripe is why an e ticket cannot be emailed for me to download to my wallet. If I'm correct, I have to check-in and get my ticket at the port.

Simple and great advance booking process
After a simple registration process, I was able to plan our trip in advance. Planning between the departure and destination stations was very easy. I liked the free cancellation option that automatically appeared for one of the routes.

No luggage
Hi, I booked a return for my husband and myself. We are over from Australia for a wedding. We are staying for 5 days. After I paid for us both it said that I couldn’t take luggage. I wish it would have told me before I paid. Now I have to pay extra to get 2 suitcases onboard.

Recommend for ferry tickets in Greece
There was a slight delay in the tickets being emailed to me after purchase. I contacted the team via the Web chat and Nikos was super helpful is resolving my issue, and answering other questions. There was minimal wait time for a response as well.

I needed help on the weekend and sent a message Saturday evening after the hours posted. There are posted Sunday hours but I got no response by Monday late morning so I contacted help line again. A very competent Zoe helped make all right. This is the off season and I feel it's unfair to customers to post hours when help is available and there NOT be help available. Please adjust your posted help hours to correspond with what is actually in effect by the season.
