I ordered off thier website and it came really quickly would recommend

My order was lost, and i had to chase. When it was reordered it was received it promptly.

Have been looking for a tight fitting leather hood for sometime, that was simple in design, without loads of zips, belts and unnecessary stuff attached to it, that would give an intense experience, but could not find the right combination that i was looking for, in relation to quality, price and design that I wanted.
The Cyclone hood on Fetters website was very close to what I was looking for, but didn’t want an opening over the eyes, or such a large zip opening over the mouth. So, sent an email to Fetters, and they were more than happy to customise the hood, to my requirements, ie, they took the eye zip out altogether, and put a much smaller zip on the mouth opening. Which made the hood much more intense, which was what I was after. Having now received the hood, I have to say, that I am absolutely delighted with it. The quality is superb, very well made, and has given me the intense experience that I was looking for, and for a very reasonable price. This is my first purchase from Fetters, after looking at their website for a couple of years, and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Fast and easy ordering process and delivery

I used Fetters to get a lot of equipment for my home. The furniture is top of the art, well made without a doubt excellent. Also ordered several toys and chains everything was delivered on time and the customer service was flawless. I even got a bag with a broken zip and they replaced it immediately. Cannot fault them. I def will keep buying from them.

Although delivery was a little slower than normal (by a day or so) the high quality of the products are always firstclass. Definitely head and shoulders above the competition.

My second leather hood from Fetters. The leather quality is excellent! The fit is tight but I wanted it tight so it will stretch out to fit.

The online ordering and tracking system was easy to follow. I will order from Fetters again and soon.
