The pomade I received is perfect. Nice packaging, good fragrance, fantastic hold, all what I expected. The communication and customer service is very good, the pomade I ordered was not on stock so he brewed a fresh batch and sent the package the other day. Five stars, keep it up!

Nice buying experience through the website. Product descriptions could be more detailed though (shine level should be mentioned for example).
Gregor is a top class act. I ordered a mini Soft Pomade for testing. He informed me that he couldn't provide the tracked shipping of GLS at the time, but he added a mini Strong Pomade for free. That is, I bought one pomade and I got a second of the same value as a gift. In my book, that's what you call top class customer service.
I would urge anyone willing to try their stuff to buy with confidence.

Product that can't be beat
Fettkopp Pomade is the best I've tried. Both the strong and extra strong smell great and work as advertised. Customer service was above and beyond, and the pomades exceeded my expectations.
