Recent experience has of Wandsworth branch, as Putney now closed. Easy to book and comms excellent. Very happy with the work done which reflected only what was needed given the bike condition and sorted an electrical issue as well. Very knowledgeable and you really feel they have the customers best interests at heart. Thank you Barrie & team. Definitely will return.

Riding after the rear derailleur alignment & gear tuning, changing gears was so SMOOTH & quiet. Another 'WOW!' moment!
If Pro Tour Teams experience Fettle's mechanics, they're going to take them.

Not Happy
Spent a lot of money, particularly on the fettle service. Bike pedals not properly put back together and nearly had a high speed accident as one rotated 90 degrees, this is the day after picking it up. They suggested a tyre change but couldn't afford it at the time. The tyres i had on were too large. These are tyres they chose and fitted during my previous service with them, so not sure what their goal is with that. Overall furious. Not a mention or whiff of refunding at least the service, even partial. Had no issue for returning as a customer given their premium pricing but after this not so sure. Not happy.
