I took my son’s bike in as the breaks…
I took my son’s bike in as the breaks were knackered and tyres needed air among other things. Coran was amazing, he advised exactly what he would which was a mini service as it was a child size bike. The price was more than fair at £20 and the service was excellent I will 100% be going back and would highly recommend to anyone who needs any bike repairs.

Great overall service
It was really easy to get an appointment and drop off my bike.
The quotation process was so straight forward and the same day I received a message with a quote breakdown of each individual charge. I could either go ahead with it all or select what I wanted.
Service here is quick, efficient and staff are lovely too!

I had a fantastic experience with Fettle in Putney and would like to thank Patrick and Barry for their help and great manners. They helpfully opened the shop door for me - before I'd even discounted my bike - and were incredibly kind, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting my bike sorted properly.
They took the time to explain what needed doing and carried out the work efficiently - the bike feels like new again! The whole process was smooth, professional and very friendly - exactly what you hope for when trusting someone with your bike.
It is rare to find such great service these days. Huge thanks to Patrick and Barry for going above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Fettle in Putney to anyone needing a reliable and professional bike repair in the area.

Great service and workmanship
Easy to park outside the workshop, staff helped taking the bike in (which is quite heavy) was kept up-to-date throughout with progress and the work requested was done (service plus a few specific items. Very happy with both staff, but dealt mainly with Calum who was courteous and helpful.

Fixed small problem and no charge
My wheel came loose - minor issue but I would have been stranded. They very helpfully fixed it, adjusted my brakes and didn't charge.
