The trip comes with an app where all the flight details, tickets and boarding passes are located. You get regular updates regarding the weather and flight times including advance notice of the boarding gate.

The coaches that took us to the trips were on time, clean and spacious.

The hotel accommodation was right in the heart of old Town Krakow. Easy access to the river and the main square.

FHT were always available on the phone to answer and questions and were very accommodating.

the support from the team to help with the endless student and parent last minute changes.

The company organised the trip really well, we had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. The students and staff were happy with the flights, accomodation and all excursions. Everything ran smoothly. Will be booking again for sure!

Becky and FHT went to great lengths to accommodate our requests, and always replied patiently and promptly. Now in our second year working with FHT, we have always found them to be timely and flexible in taking care of any situation that arose, and would recommend them to any other University!

FHT organised for a group of Tourism students to go to Berlin. We were really pleased with all the arrangements that were made and the accommodation was so convenient and perfect for a student group. I will be using them again!

Clear communication from the travel company.

the process was easy and the help was always there. details were good such as having the coach drivers name and contact number.
The flexibility in booking was also good and organising the rooms

Really helpful from start to finish and we and our students had an amazing time away. We will use the company again and can’t wait for our next trip! We really can’t thank Becky enough and look forward to working with her again.

The trip was very well organised from the beginning. FHT listened to our concerns and queries, they acted proactively and positively to ensure all our requirements were met to the fullest. All travel arrangements were carried out perfectly on time and the accommodation was nothing short of excellent. The students throughly enjoyed the trip!

Too last minute
We started organising the trip in August (6-7 months before the trip at least) but did not get full information and an itinerary until 2 days before the trip.
FHT said it was the agents in New Zealand, however they only found out about the trip a few weeks before departing. If we had more time we could have planned a better itinerary. It all came together in the end but it was very stressful

Helpful staff, really well organised trip, everything ran smoothly.

We had 3 travel agents during the course of organising our trip to Berlin, all of whom have been fantastic. If we had any queries these were attended to quickly and we were able to contact FHT whilst abroad. The Vamoos App also worked well whilst away, with all of our documents stored in one place for quick reference. FHT helped us to organise the trips we had specified, all of which were superb. We wouldn't hesitate to work with FHT in the future.

Becky from FHT provided University of Bolton, Crime and Criminal Justice students with what was undoubtedly the trip of a lifetime. The planning and management of the event was second to none despite some last minute changes and alterations to a very challenging itinerary.
The contacts created within The Miami Dade provided access to a number of specialist Police Departments across the state, In addition engagement with the Offices of the District Attorney and Public Defender provided real insight into the work of Criminal Justice agencies. Our students provided valuable feedback and all who travelled had the most amazing experience. None of which would have been possible without the work of FHT Travel and in particular the excellent personal support provided by Becky Minshall.

Brilliant company, who secured a great price for our trip and took care of all our needs, which resulted in a hassle free, life changing experience for all our students.

This was a fantastic trip to Paris and Disneyland. FHT organised everything extremely well and were able to tailor all aspects of the trip to our specific requirements. The journey by coach and ferry was good, the accommodation near Disneyland was perfect, and the day in Disneyland was fantastic. Our trip also included an educational visit to a Bakery in Paris which was amazing. Overall, we were delighted with our trip and FHT were fantastic at every stage.

The company was easy and very helpful to deal with by arranging the trip with fashion related visits that were beneficial to the students.
The trip was planned and effective with a variety of activities available for us to take part in. The tour group supported our trip by having everything set out for us through the travel app and were on hand if anything was needed. We will definitely be using FHT
group tours again as this was a fantastic trip.

Fantastic support from Becky who went above and beyond. Nothing was any trouble and she would often be working at weekends or late nights to help with any small requests. She organised a fantastic trip to San Francisco, Silicon Valley. We had a glitch with the BA ground crew, I rang her and she sorted it. This is a true reflection of how a company performs when there are problems We are booking with them again to Japan, Becky is the reason for this rebook. I have also recommended them to the other departments in our college as they couldnt be beaten on price as well

Everything went according to plan without any hitches. It was very useful to have the phone numbers of the coach drivers for the transfers as we were initially unsure of the whereabouts of the coach at Barcelona airport.
There was some difficulty having to collect all the individual city taxes from the students but this wasn't the fault of the travel company.
The choice of hostel was good. the rooms were clean and bedding was changed daily.
