This is a completely fake agency claiming to be U.S Natives which they are absolutely not and also fail to deliver what they promise. Unprofessional behavior from their indian representative makes it a complete Scam... DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. They were hired to create a simple website and acknowledged it would be completed in 4 weeks. Instead, it took three months. We missed deadlines of our own because of this. They would only do work very late in the day and continually broke deadline promises. Any written instructions were constantly misunderstood or not taken care of and it was the same issue with any verbal conversations. When we would ask for a manager, the request was refused. This is not an honorable company and whomever was working on our project did not have the technical experitse to do the job properly.

This company is a scam. I’ve already filed reports with the FTC, and the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs. I paid for 36 months of fully managed hosting to include 24/7 email support. However, any time that you have a request by email, someone texts you saying that in order to process the request they need to schedule a phone call to discuss a few things. Then once on the phone they pressure you to sign up for additional services that you don’t need/want. If you don’t agree to pay them more money your request will take a week to complete if at all. Upon writing this my business website/email are inoperable and they refuse to provide me with the information necessary to migrate my website to another company. I have emailed multiple times, sent text messages and made phone calls. Nothing. In my opinion, I’ve been scammed, and you will too if you do business with these unethical bottom feeders.

I was looking for ways to develop my website and improve my ideas forever until I found out this company. The staff is awesome and quick to respond to all your needs. I definitely recommend Fictivewebdesign to anyone serious about his/her initiative.

Very bad account manager and his development team. I have purchased dedicated server hosting with 24/7 support, now my web site is down 26 hours and account manager Barry Chopper who is horrible in communication told me that the site yestopeople.com will not back until tomorrow Monday April 12th 2021. The site is down with “Exceed bandwidth limit” errors which Barry said he can’t reach out Fictive server monitoring team until Monday which 48 hours site will be down. This is ridiculous when I purchased expensive best windows server web hosting package with 24/7 technical contract support. I will reach out company owner for this incident. Also this not first site like it took 5 days to bring up Carrera portal in last month even I spend thousands $$ for my yestopeople.com web site.
Why the contract said 24/7 tech on all support and the site is down for more than 24 hrs. This is not acceptable either the fictive fix this priority wise or refund my money. I will buy my own server s to mange my site hosting .

This is wrong money sucker bad web site development company. Someone is need to accountable period fir the site downtime!

Hired this company to fix issues with my previous developers code, took them 4 months and 8K to tell me code was trash and unusable. Then wanted more money and time to start from scratch. Every week they kept asking for money and delaying their work , always an excuse, always someone fault, always were going to finish this week blah blah blah. Very unprofessional, lots of lies, and incompetence. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Save your money! Do not use!!!!
On top of not doing what they were paid for, when I contacted my credit card to report the fraud on their part, they responded to my credit by saying they delivered 100% of the product and I was happy with the delivery!? Total overseas scam probably based out of India or Nigeria. Do yourself a favor, use Upwork, interview developers and hire thru there. Fictive web design is a Total scam! DO NOT USE!!!!!

I Hired fictive web design in 2021to take over a flutter app source code and finish front end and back end mobile app from another company. The project accordingly to fictive was on scheduled and after paying a total of $8,500 and four months later, the project had not even been started on. I canceled the project immediately after finding out and fictive refused to return any of the money i had paid and instead said i had no choice but to wait until they finished the project when ever that would have been. They lied to me, mislead me, stole from me and when i contacted my credit and debit card companies to report them as a fraud, fictive lied again by stating to my credit and debit card companies that they in fact did finish the app and delivered it to me which was 100% a lie. to this date no one has reached out to me to give me a refund or apologize for stealing my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! A TOTAL SCAM
