Pleasantly surprised. I had some issues uploading my photo. Every time I reviewed the portrait it changed. Unfortunately I could not recreate the image I really liked. Otherwise I am happy with portrait, frame, and delivery. Would order again.

Excellent from start to finish
A great experience from start to finish. Preview was instant. I ordered and had it delivered to spain. It arrived in 10 days but more importantly it was great! My only regret is not ordering the biggest ( rather than the mid sized option). But that was my fault. I can highly recommend this product. It was a surprise for my wife and she absolutely loved it

We really like the product but feel it is overpriced. Even with the $20 off for Mothers Day Special pricing, the total cost was well over $200 for the medium sized print and frame. Seems to be too high of price.

My “fur baby” and I were attacked last year. Baxter was lucky to have survived. The picture I used for his portrait was a pic I had snapped of him 3 months after the attack. The portrait far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for a job well done!
