I contacted you about a mistake during the order; the UX isn't very good at differentiating the shipping and billing addresses.
After some back-and-forth and my warning not to send the package until we sorted the correct address, they sent it anyway.
They stopped communicating, and I paid the shipping fees. Hopefully, I will still get the package.
Ordered a new jukebox. They shipped it from the us, so it had some delays in shipping because of covid off cause, but the company was good to keep me informed every time I called. Generally good communication on email. If I had questions they could not answer they contacted rockola directly, and one day later I had my answer. Very nice and service minded people. A good experience for me.
