High Quality Custom Diamond Art

I have ordered four custom diamond art photos and each one was professionally done. Great quality. Adhesive holds the diamonds well. Each custom photo came with plenty of extra diamonds. I highly recommend FiguredArt.

I received my first Diamond kit as a…

I received my first Diamond kit as a Christmas gift. I just loved it so I ordered a custom kit. Loved it so much I ordered another. I made a mistake and ordered paint instead of diamonds. I noticed the error, contacted the company and they cancelled that order and refunded me immediately. Then I correctly ordered and am so excited for that kit to come. I will be ordering many more. So happy my niece introduced me to this great company. They deserve 10 stars ⭐️

The quality of the kit is excellent

The quality of the kit is excellent.
Only downside was transport time. It took a few weeks to arrive. That info. needs to be upfront.
Otherwise I am very pleased with the product

UPDATE 6 Jan 2026 poor quality

After my experience l contacted the customer care team by email and I had a reply back 2 days later saying they would look into the problems for me. 2 days after that another email giving an offer to have a new kit sent to me free of charge so I excepted. It arrived 12 days later with no problems thank you figured art team.

I have ordered many times from this…

I have ordered many times from this company and have generally been very satisfied with the products delivered. Any questions are answered quickly and usually solutions found.
So I decided to get a custom made picture. When it arrived it was well below the quality I’ve come to expect from this company. It didn’t match the draft picture I had initially received at all.
I contacted the office & they immediately apologised and agreed with my comments.
A replacement picture was ordered at no cost to me & delivered (from China) within 10 days.
It’s perfect - highly recommend this company.

My only negative comment is that the brushes sent are not always small enough for some of the tiny bits on the pictures.
I have had to buy extra tiny brushes, 0002,0003 & 0005.

Great quality, great product & excellent customer service

Great customer service

I ordered one of Figured'Art's paint-by-number kits, unfortunately via a Chinese company. I'll know to order direct next time! The kit arrived with two wrong paint pots. I wasn't sure if the company would care for this as I hadn't ordered direct, but the customer service was great. A prompt reply to my request and the replacement pots are on the way. And I love the picture!!

I bought a diamond painting with my…

I bought a diamond painting with my granddaughters photo sent to them … When arrived l started it this week the colours of her face are darker where she has a light colour face … Have emailed them 2/3 times but no response… Was recommended them by my friend… This is the first diamond painting not being the same … I’m not happy with it at all…

I recently invested in a 60x80cm…

I recently invested in a 60x80cm diamond art picture of Flower Fields.
It’s going to be a labour of love project.
The quality of the canvas is amazing and the diamond gems are such vibrant colours it’s going to be amazing when it’s finished.

Think twice before ordering from this company (Updated)

My husband ordered 3 punch kits. Two arrived, one has not. After approximately 2 weeks, an email was sent telling him the last kit was out of stock and to select a new one which he did. Since then he received several auto generated emails asking for a response. The last one telling him he was not heard from and the matter was closed.

No further response to my husband asking for a refund or even fulfillment because the matter has not been resolved. Again, no response.

I have tried contacting customer service via the chat function. Automated chat function says order does not exist. I was waiting for a representative whom I was told would be with me in a “few minutes”. I quit after waiting for almost 30 minutes.

Will not be ordering from this company again.

UPDATED REVIEW: Since the review I was contacted in less than 48 hours by a representative. I am not sure what happened as there are missing emails on our side. However I was given several options for a replacement. I responded and hopefully will have my 3rd punch kit very soon. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I obviously do not have a complete order at this time.

Horrible company

Extremely disappointing experience.

In my orders, multiple paint-by-number kits arrived with missing paint or not enough paint to complete the artwork. When I later ordered replacement paint for one project, the company sent the wrong colors.

It then took several months to receive a refund.

Because of the delays, I ended up buying paint at Michael’s and mixing my own just to finish the painting.

Afterward, the company contacted me saying they wanted to “make it right” by sending a complimentary kit. That never arrived. When they later responded to my review, they said they had not received my email confirming my shipping address, even though they had successfully communicated with me by email multiple times before.

They have since offered again to send a free kit, but based on my experience so far, I am not comfortable relying on that.

In my experience, this company has had repeated fulfillment issues, slow resolution of problems, and unreliable follow-through. I would not order from them again and would recommend shopping elsewhere.

It seems there was a misunderstanding, and we’re sorry if anything on our side contributed to that. Here is what actually happened:

After your original order in 2024, we contacted you and offered a complimentary replacement to resolve the issue. Before shipping it, we asked you to confirm your delivery address, but we did not receive a reply at that time, so we were unable to proceed.

When you reached out to us again recently, we confirmed that the offer was still active and only waiting for your confirmation. You then informed us that you preferred not to receive the replacement anymore, as you had already chosen another supplier.

We want to be clear that our intention was genuinely to fix the problem. Even if there are doubts about that, the basic business logic speaks for itself — it would make no sense for us to contact you again just to disappoint you further. Doing so would only lead to more negative reviews, which no company would intentionally create.

We hope our actions and our reply show that we have taken your case seriously. Even now, we have not given up on trying to make things right for you. We are still happy to honor the original offer. If you ever wish to proceed, simply let us know the design you’d like and the correct address, and we will take care of the rest.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do wish the situation had gone differently and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.

This is a proper scam.

This is a proper scam.
First they sell with the promise of a 48h delivery, then after 2 weeks the package is still to be delivered. After getting in touch with support, they send the items just to discover that finally they sent only ONE of the THREE items bought.
After more than 1 month I still don't manage to get the items I paid for (that they claim to have delivered) neither a refund for the missing items.
Support Service is a joke: IF they reply, they do it after a week with completely useless replies, missing completely the point.
