There was a slight issue whereby I did…

There was a slight issue whereby I did not realise there was a €39 euros charge after 48 hour trial period. I only needed to use fileworld for one day in which I paid €0.60.

I contacted fileworld via email and LAURE was very helpful and understanding. I explained my situation and LAURE issued a full refund and cancelled the subscription. Very good customer service and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.
