Update: After reviewing the images of the damaged item i can confirm this has 100% been damaged in transit, due to the severity of the damage it is impossible that it was shipped in this condition!
As stated in my email to you please return the item for a replacement.
We Look forward to receiving it and sending out a new item.
Very sorry for your experience! We are here 7 days a week for any concerns you may have. Had you contacted us prior to leaving a review we would have asked you to return the product for a replacement. As a previous customer who has purchased 2 other items from us prior to this one its quite surprising that you felt it necessary to leave a negative review instead of informing us of a problem with your item. It is possible there was a undetected defect on your frame before it was sent out and this is something that is very easily rectified. Feel free to contact us on the platform where you purchased the item for assistance.
