Ordered a doll in June for my daughter never received it it's now November didn't respond to my multiple emails it's definitely a scam

Ordered a Ms Rachel doll for my son on June 3rd 2024 which never came. It is 6th October now. The website is down.

Never received product and the link to their website has scam warnings on it so I did not pursue - Order #4616

I ordered a miss Rachel doll for £26 4 months ago and despite me emailing support 6 times I’ve never even received a reply.
Obviously a scam and like so many others I’ve lost my money, how despicable to do this to parents with young children.

Ordered a Ms. Rachel plushie and immediately received an email that they were running late due to high demand. This was MONTHS ago. No product ever arrived, no additional emails ever came through, and no response to my inquiry email. SCAM. The real Ms. Rachel is coming out with one soon.

I couldn’t rate zero stars. I ordered for my granddaughter in June and still have not received I’ve emailed a few times and no the website is gone I paid $78 Australian and it’s just never arrived nor a reply. This is a scam…. DO NOT BUY FROM HERBIEPLAYS.com.

I ordered a ms Rachel plushie for my daughters 2nd birthday back in April ( I ordered in good time as her birthday wasn’t until June) it has never arrived, I sent an email in June and never got a reply and now the web page doesn’t even exist. I paid £25 for it. I saw the advert on instagram so stupidly thought they would be legit. No way to get a refund. Awful people using children’s toys!!!

This so called company should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered this for my grandson and had a message to say they were made to order. Absolute rubbish. It never arrived 😡

Scam - paid thinking legit but never got order. No tracking provided and when checking website, does not exist.

This company is a scam. They took my money and never sent the item then deleted all of their websites and emails and there is no way to contact them.
