Finch were extremely professional, polite and friendly.

Jamie came out to quote and followed up in writing with a line by line breakdown of each item.

When it came to the two days of install, the plumber was again friendly & polite, explaining when I popped out to see him part way through how much progress was made and kept me informed about what was outstanding for day 2.

The office staff were also very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way about the timings, the parts arriving etc.

In summary, a really good company with excellent affordable work.

Very efficient no issues

We have used this company several times as the service is always excellent. On this occasion, the boiler had stopped working and an engineer came to inspect it the same day. Due to age of the boiler, we opted for a replacement which was fitted exactly as per the quote and within the timings promise. The engineer was punctual, professional and did a very tidy job.

We needed a plumber to fit a new shower mixer unit that we had intended to buy. They came out a did a site visit and we explained what was needed.
He suggested an alternative to our thoughts which not only solved our problem but also saved us a lot of money.
Installation was arranged, they arrived on time and was very quick and efficient. The new unit works a treat. As a result, we arranged for another small plumbing job to be done which was carried out a week or so later with equal, friendly efficiency. Superb service

Very prompt response to initial telephone inquiry. Technician grasped the needs of the job at first visit - replacing a sink in a vanity unit. Sensible clear quotation and progressed installation on acceptance as early as materials were obtained. Installation carried out as agreed schedule in very professional manner leaving the area clean and tidy and fully functional. Delighted customer

Just brilliant

A refreshed bathroom in December and a new Central Heating Boiler in January. Jobs specified well, work planned well; and all very carefully delivered by great staff. Very happy with the outcome.

I've been using them for many years. They are always reliable, do a good job and give good advice.

I had issues with a large radiator in my living room. Initially engineer Mason and subsequently Jamie did an amazing job in fixing the problem. It was tricky but they were determined and eventually the work they did was a success.
I am so grateful to them for the hard work involved, also their care and politeness throughout.
They are a credit to Finch who are now my go to Plumbing company.

Finch's have dealt with 2 issues (shower installation & boiler problems) over the last 2 weeks, involving 3 engineers. All, without exception, have been totally professional but also just lovely, friendly and considerate. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm.
